Good real good doughnuts.One downfall the menu lit up as you walk in says all day sandwiches.However none of them were available and grill shut down only selling doughnuts not any item on all day sandwiches available but it was a day when I walked in also
Just ordered an everything bagel through the drive through, was driving away and realized they forgot the cream cheese. Went back through the drive thru where the 1st guy questioned me like I was lying about them forgetting to include the .05 packet of cream cheese. Then he went and got another guy who did the same thing AND asked to see my bag to look inside to see if I was lying!!!! Talk about horrible customer service! I’ll never go back to this location.
I get the best service when I come to Dunkin at this location. The staff are very friendly and the coffee, and food is great. Fabulous job to the staff.
Wouldn’t visit this location for coffee drinks. This was a caramel latte, it tasted like milk with a dash of caramel. I’ve tried to give this location a try multiple times but it’s never good. Sad because I’ve been to other locations that make the drinks so well.
This is my stop every work day. I took a star away because I hate how my drink is always different. $6 is too much to pay for something you didn't order. The ladies here are great!
I liked the avocado toast with roasted peppers. The people who work there are always kind and courteous.
Good coffee and at a fair price and the drive thru line is never too long. I could really care less about their doughnuts, but the coffee is great!
The sign says they close at 9, we were there in drive thru line at 7:15 and they took the order ahead of us and left us and the vehicles behind us sitting in line without any reason to closing…. We went to the dunkin on sterling where they follow their posted hours.
I had a problem over a week ago that no one at the store says they can assist me with. I get told to call or email corporate. When I do that, I get directed back to the store. All I am getting is the run around. I feel very cheated. Where is your integrity and customer service!?!
Once again lights are on, no where near closing time and no body around. Waited in drive thru for a couple minutes, then pulled up to window for a couple minutes. Guess I'll go to one on Knoxville again.
