The employees engaged with were really amazing. Others could smile once in a while, life is worse in Somalia.
For being a 2 man crew today, the young men who were both on, did a great job. Service was not quick by any means, but at least our order was made correctly, 100%!
I ordered two iced coffees and a blueberry muffin and kept having to repeat myself and could hardly understand the person taking my order. Personally from experience of working at a Dunkin’ Donuts the coffee was so watered down and the muffin was completely dry and tasted old and not to mention their not up to code of how they should look.
I love the icecream of course but I will tell you, I stopped going for awhile because I would order a sundae and get charged .99 for my caramel. Not extra caramel, just a topping. I have been going to this BR for many many years and I was never charged extra for a topping. It even says on the menu 1 topping, it's a sundae so why would I pay for my topping?? Then the guy says, we always use to charge and we stopped but now we have to charge again...WHAT?? Not true at all! If I just wanted icecream I would have ordered icecream. I have never heard of any place charging to put hot fudge or caramel on a sundae. Weird.
so went in drive a hour away to come to dunkin donuts and they was out of my donut so I asked if they coukd call the other store and ask if they had anymore. the gal said I don't knkw the number and then started laughing at me. I said they have to have a phone book and a store phone ill call myself she said no we dont but then decided to say only the manager calls and shes not hereand I dont know her number either. I said bs they have to have something so she went and asked the other employee to deal with me.now I don't normally blow up like a Karen but they pissed me offsaying no they don't know how to call it. horrible workers. the gal had to have been high cause she was just laughing the entire time

I was there today my first time at dd and the lady taking my order and handing my order was friendly and very helpful
I was gifted a gift card for Dunkin Donuts and had no idea at this location specifically that you could use your gift card to purchase Baskin-Robbins ice cream what a find! I was that day year old when I found this out LOL
