They take delivery orders just to tell you at the very last minute that your order got cancelled because they don’t have drivers ?
I ordered a large pizza of my chosing with two different dips, and got what I ordered, to my doorstep (piping hot, I might add), without a problem. I got live updates on my order, and even got to pay, using my PayPal account. Domino's rocks!?
WORST DOMINOS HANDS DOWN ! The customer service is horrible and they are so lazy ! I ordered food yesterday and went to pick it up checked in gave my confirmation number and all. After 10 minuets I go to ask how long it’ll be because everyone is standing around talking Etc the say another 15 minuets then goes back and pick up and order from the table whole time it’s my order and now it’s darn near cold but my kids are hungry and I’m not trying to cause a fuss so I brushed it off . Today I order again that was around 7:30/40 food should be ready by 8pm I go there sure enough the same thing happened that happened yesterday I ask them for my order to be remade fresh this time… it’s 9:19 as I am typing this and I am still waiting for my food. Do you think I was offered anything free ? a drink or for my meal to be free or anything ? NO They have zero care about their customers and horrible staffing THIS IS RIDICULOUS And Very Unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I wouldThis is what I revive - burnt desert dry hard pizza and a dry Philly sandwich
I worked there from 2009-2011. It was a rough job. New ownership now. Almost certainly better management than before. Arif was a crook. Good food rough neighborhood.
If I could give zero I would. Their food has progressively gotten worse!! I ordered online before the location was open this morning. When they opened I called about my order and informed them that the last few times my wings had come with hardly any sauce on them and to make sure they had plenty of sauce this time. I was informed that they would take care of that. I receive my food and yet again my wings are damn near bland just horrible!! I don't think I will continue to give my $ to this location
I am a Driver for THIS (Prospect)Domino's restaurant. We have a very hard working team. Yes, from time to time, customer service can be lagging in experience & even courtesy. For that, I can only offer apologies as effort & professionalism are not lacking on our Part (what I mean is we do the best we can at all times). MARY is the hardest working person (a Manager) in our store & regularly comes in to help out when we are short-staffed, she works her hardest (as does everyone) to make sure that EVERY CUSTOMER is happy with their orders. If she (Or any of us) are give the appearance of being rude. We are dealing with multiple orders in quick succession more often than not with INCREDIBLY rude customers. Some making near-impossible, time consuming demands that we ALWAYS will attempt to accommodate. I watch her daily run the store ALONE with 1-2 drivers (lately 1...me). Not just her though but most employees work hard...The idea that we don't care about you getting good food & service is BS (at least for me cause I like my job & the people I work with\for. I do everything I can....I need the tips!)...anyway, if you had\have a complaint if you call & show some courtesy I am almost certain MOST request will be honored...but we are ACTIVELY looking out for Fraud that people seem to be READILY adept at. It's Pizza people...don't risk jail\prison for Pepperoni pizza because I almost sure you'll get no compassion from the judge or sympathy from fellow inmates for trying to con the pizza place.

Customer service was great it's very cold out the driver was timely polite best pizza really out does the competition. I ordered from pizza hut for my daughter's bday and I'll never eat there again go Domino's
If Mary isn't the Manager or GM or DM, she sure should be! She was the ONLY employee that showed up to work today & was managing everything! We had a large order for our office & not only did she take my order over the phone, she also prepared & baked the pizzas, along w/the sides we ordered. Thank you Mary!!! By far the worst pizza place ever. You order once, get a junk pizza. You order again, get a junk pizza. Then the manager replaces it and he makes a junk pizza. John, you should be ashamed of your store. Too worried about food cost to give a customer what they order. Junk $30 pizza, double toppings, still cannot get it right. I barely got the regular toppings. I will be editing this with photos soon. You could not give me enough free junk pizzas to even try your stores again. Washington is almost as bad.
