I love Culver’s but this location is awful. It took 45 minutes for me to get one cheeseburger and two orders of fries. In that amount of time I could have sat down at a restaurant and had a meal. The two drive through lanes are supposed to funnel into one to get your drinks making you spend more time waiting for cars to move. It feels like Chicago traffic. Other fast food chains have figured it out so I don’t know why it is so hard to get through the drive through here in a timely manner. We did not know that the lanes funneled into one and stayed to the right following the car in front of us after we paid. We then got yelled at by an employee to make sure to come to the window next time which we were never told to do in the first place. Maybe instead of blaming your customers you should apologize for the wait.
This is our go to Culvers. At least once a month after Church we're here as a family.Life hack: get the kids meal. It's a good amount of food for a good price and you get dessert with it! Such a good deal.
Best Culver’s ive ever been to. Fastest service I’ve ever seen literally just sat down before our food was out fresh and tasteful. Guy said you’ll be back tomorrow i live two hours away but I might be.
I’m really disappointed with this Culvers location I love this location this my husband and I’s favorite spot they never get my order wrong and it’s super fast and always taste fresh and good but not today… the guy that took our order at the drive through wasn’t very friendly looked like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t go out of his way to ask certain questions like what size would you want your soda or shake? Once we got to the window the lady that gave us our drinks and shakes didn’t greet us just gave us our drink and then almost forgot our shake my husband had to say something then she closed the window with out giving us directions on where to go and wait for our food well after waiting forever to get our food the order was completely wrong the shakes were barely filled up or our soda asked for cheese curds we got fries my chicken tenders looked sad and tasted sad…. Wish they would care who they hire because that sure affects the company and definitely will rethink if I even want to give them my money
I would lay in a giant tub of Culver's ice cream outside the store on the first 90° Day this year for some free Culver's ice cream and to be the official hand model of Culver's, you could just show my hand holding milkshakes and burgers and ice cream cones. But let me know about that sitting in the tub of ice cream thing
I haven't been to this one in awhile but it is still delicious! Everyone was friendly and professional. I do recommend.
It's Thursday March 24th 2022 and I just left Culver's drive through off War Memorial near Grand Prairie (holiday drive) in Peoria, IL. I got to the drive through about 9:15pm. I paid for my meal and drove to the window. The woman working tried to hand me my drink knowing the lid was not completely on securely and spilled the beverage all down my arm and inside my coat sleeve. She immediately started laughing and never apologized not even once!! But she tell the other 2 employees who were near her that she spilled it all over me and laughed in my face. I heard one of the employees she told say, "and you just laughed" while she was laughing making the comment. So at least 3 Culver's employees were all laughing at my expense for about almost 5 minutes straight while I waited for my food. I asked the woman who spilled the drink on me if they were laughing at me and she immediately got an attitude and rudely replied, "NO" in an aggressive tone. I asked for a refund before receiving my food. The manager came over and the only thing she was worried about was, "now she was going to get in trouble for this." Why is it that the Culver's commercials always say that they're committed to treating people like family but then things like this happen? I cannot believe the way I was treated so horribly terrible and I will NEVER return to this Culver's location ever again, if I decide to return to any at all!!!! Very disappointed in their staff at this location.
We come for the custard, and we enjoy both the shakes and the concrete mixers. We find most of the hot food is just too greasy. Also, I'm not sure what problem is solved by sticking an employee in a glass box in the drive thru lane.
Culver's is a great place for intermediate dining but they just seem to hold themselves back from a 5 star review!! I suggest the fried shrimp meal with slaw annnd broccoli!! Be advised!! For some reason the EP location has this problem with kids and parents screaming, moving loosely around the place, annnd violating the soda area!! I know, annoying!!
Our burgers were cold, not warm, but cold. It was busy at the drive thru and we got our food quickly but was not what we were looking forward to. Disappointed
