I wasn't greeted when I came in and it took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me even though I was the only customer and there were 3 staff members in front of me. Ice cream was great as usual, but waffle bowl was stale like it had been sitting out for days
Ice cream was amazing, service was ok. One of the workers was wearing a “Free Palestine” shirt. I’d appreciate it if workers kept their inflammatory political opinions to themselves.
Went to get ice cream on a thursday night and it was closed even though online it said it was open till 10 and on the door it says it closed at 10. Wasn’t very happy with my experience with this place.
Closed an hour early for no reason. Sign on the door clearly said they were open until 10pm
It was busy tonight. They had adequate staff that were efficient and friendly. Ice cream was good.
What can I say? One of THE best places to get ice cream. Fantastic selection. Very courteous and friendly staff.Excellent place for a first date!

Always great ice cream made fresh to order right in front of you! So many different options with many delicious mix ins to choose from. Always have had friendly staff make my ice-cream and it is a treat to go here for some ice cream!
I love the ice cream and the staff are always nice. However, the "BOSS" that was working last night was a joke. They close at 11 on Fridays. My friend and I were there well before 10:30 and we waited for a few mins for someone to help us and the guy in front of us. When the employees came to help us, I told them the guy with basketball shorts and headphones was there before us. They said, "That is our boss." Any boss I've ever known would have jumped to help any customer walking through that door but this "boss" failed to even greet us or acknowledge us. The employees were nice and got us what we needed but after scooping my ice cream he said he won't be able to mix it because they already cleaned the stone... 30 minutes before close on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!!! THIS IS WHY YOU ARE COLDSTONE. My friend and I still got ice cream because they already starting scooping it out of the freezer. You could tell the employees felt bad and were embarrassed by their "boss." Then the "boss" locked the door 15 mins before closing when he noticed my friend and I walking back towards the entry to throw away our garbage after eating our ice cream outside.
I have a strawberry passion cake, it was very delicious!
