Not sure what’s happened with this location. But it’s getting worse and worse. Surprised I haven’t gotten food poisoning at this point. My visit yesterday:First bite of my bowl: HAIR. Long hair…They were out of guac.Go to get my drink. No ice. No straws?!I waited 15-20 min to even get my order taken. For me to find out I can’t eat my meal and lost my appetite when I got home.As I was leaving they were putting a sign on the door saying something about being out of something else and not taking orders besides to go orders?!Just ridiculous.

I cannot remember the last time I went to Chipotle and they weren't out of something. And they don't say they are out of something til after the order is placed. And consistently bad employees who just don't care.2 stars instead of 1 simply because the food is pretty good

Been here 30 minutes waiting for a DoorDash. Are DoorDash customers not important to you? Obviously not.

All orders must be placed on your own phone. Cannot place an order in the restaurant. No items are made in the front where you see them make it fresh. No cash purchases allowed. Nothing about this place works for new customers. Must be setup for regular customers that order ahead of time only. On my visit no meats at all were available. Every protein item on the website was "temporarily unavailable". This is not a restaurant.

I used to love going here for food. But over the last year, I feel their quality has become subpar and almost close to inedible. Today, I’ve had it and had to put a review in.We had ordered food. So many things wrong with our order:1. The rice wasn’t cooked all the way. As a matter of fact is was undercooked and crunchy2. I asked for black beans and they gave me pinto beans3. I asked and paid for 2x chicken and didn’t get it.4. The place was so dirty as you can see in the pictures. I mean how are people supposed to come there and order?I mean, I don’t even know what these guys are doing anymore. Just speechless. It almost looks like most people that work there don’t even care on the food that is being cooked and served. Absolutely SOULESS and TASTELESS food!!

Inconstant. Is the best way to describe both the service there as well as the food. I have had really excellent food and service and completely horrible. I have seen the tables covered in salsa, while employee's where sitting around and talking. (Mind you they where not busy there for no reason for dirty tables.) I have seen the meat be extremely flavorful but as well chewy and tasted reheated. Over all it is dicey at best to try and get food here since it is so inconsistent.

Worst ever experience!!! I am not coming to this location ever again. I ordered through the app. Picked up my order opened up my bowl and was wondering where my food was at. Went back into the store to ask for the bowl to be remade. Was told that is our portion size. I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years and have never seen a bowl like this before. This is ridiculous and will be reported to corporate. I spent over $12 for this?

This location is a joke. No one is professional. Customer service is horrendous. Half the times we stop, they are out of something... Steak, queso, shredded cheese, chips. All have happened at least once. No leadership to even lodge a complaint. Qdoba quality isn't quite the same but the experience doesn't disappoint. I'll take my business there. Actually had a guy wait on us, complain TO THE CUSTOMER that he couldn't hear the music in his ear buds good enough cuz they were so busy!!! WTAF?

I came in needing a large order made quickly. It wasn't busy when I got there, so I was optimistic about my chances. The employees didn't have a clue about how to help me complete a larger order, but the manager stepped in and worked with me to make it happen. The order had a couple of missing pieces, but that was not an unreasonable mistake given how large of an order I had to make. I appreciated the effort that the manager made and overall was pleased that I was able to get the food for my group.
