Drive thru was closed and out of chicken nuggets. Waited 15 minutes without getting served and left. Trust the reviews!
Manger in the corner on her phone no gloves . As well as other employees sitting there with there hands in there back pockets then touching the ice an food . I can’t make this up . If u own this business check your camera

Update 06/28/22: Forget my other review, which I deleted. Today, the cashier lady with the twists was the best employee ever for me in 1 year! The most friendly, 110% customer service. I appreciate you & will be back. Last week, the location on Allen served me half cooked original chicken sandwiches for the first time in my life. On University, my food was cooked to absolute perfection & the nuggets were delicious. You outdid yourselves today:) THANK YOU.
Service was slow and fries are always undercooked and under salted. The lady taking my order was rude and unprofessional I won't be returning.
Burger King is always good when made right and these guys have it down!!!!
They make you wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru just to be able to tell them your order. And what was ordered they don’t even have
They had me in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes the last three times and this time they had salt covered in my fries worse than I've ever had them before
I love burger kings food, but the service here sucks! You can tell they're careless kids working. They're rude and disrespectful. I don't even think the manager cares. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and watched 6 cars pull away due to waiting. Meanwhile the first car was STILL waiting to have their order taken! Called to ask what was going on and was just laughed at by the young man on the phone and the others in the back. This happened 12/14/21 at 6:16 pm.... ya night service is horrific...
