hostess was such a super friendly woman & our waiter was so nice & checked in frequently! Food was great & their new Strawberry Citrus Splash is awesome!
Amazing restaurant! We went while visiting family and the area is beyond nice and fun. I recommend eating outside so you can enjoy the views. Food was out of this world and no complaints.
The food was good but not great; our server Naomi was very good! However, the rockstar of our visit was the hostess Star! She was a ray of sunshine on a dreary day and customer service is her calling! Come by the Bob Evans in Peoria and say hi to Star!
Took a friend for her birthday. A friendly young man greeted us and served us both a delicious turkey dinner. I highly recommend
Server excellent! Professional and Pleasant!Broccoli is so called measured , it's only 4 tiny florets. Gravy is not hit! Mentioned it to the manager and they were not concerned and did not offer to make it right. I have been coming to Bob Evans for a total of 25 years. Like their quality and presentation in food has declined. It use to be so much better now they don't care!!! Mashed potatoes were not hot and food was at a low room temperature. I pray the Broccoli and Mash Potatoes were not sitting for a long period of time!!! The fried chicken was hot and satisfactory!
The staff here went above and beyond for our family. They were super friendly. I can't give them enough praise. The food was absolutely delicious. When I asked the hostess to give our compliments to the cook, she did without hesitation. We could see that the staff not only respected the customers, but also respected one another. The best attitudes I have ever seen in any restaurant I've visited. Hands down this restaurant was the best I've ever visited. The positivity that the staff here showed was absolutely amazing.
Had a great meal. Ok service. Waitress was unable to provide cold coffee stated it needed to set for 20 more hrs per corporate rules. It was on the menue? They did take the price of our regular coffees off the tab. We had to ask for refills.
The hostess was nice, but a little over the top. The waitress was training, and she was really good. The woman training her was pretty pushy with selling items. The food was ok, my chicken was cooked way too long, but the side dishes were delicious.
Service was hands down best ever, anywhere. Naomi did amazing! Star has the best personality! Great employees. Food wasn't bad either.
Excellent service for my grandsons Birthday. We had a larger party, mostly children and both servers were the best! Patient and understanding which was greatly appreciated.
