Horribly bad food and service. Looks like that were busy. Still no excuse to wait 20 minutes on spaghetti at a spaghetti place. It could be cooked in that time from scratch.I ordered pasta. Spaghetti noodles at that. With Alfredo. Chicken and bacon. Pretty easy. 30 minutes. 3 strikes your out. Lol. Good people just no clue how to run a restaurant apparently.

Are there with a group last Friday. One person in the group ordered an alcoholic beverage that was listed on their feature board. It wasn't made right so he sent it back. The waitress couldn't comprehend this. If you don't know how to make it, why is it on your feature board? My entree can't with a side salad, I asked for the dressing on the side. My bowl of lettuce was swimming in ranch dressing when I got it. The chicken Parm I ordered was okay. Nothing spectacular by any means, just okay. The restaurant was however clean, and we were greeted and started promptly. For the price, it was okay that night, but not something I will go out of the way for again.

Absolutely terrible with zero manager concernWithin 1 mile of Avantis we ordered quit a bit of food.45 minute estimate on delivery..... reality 1 hr 45 minute and here's the train wreckChili was spilled all over the cups they came inWrong salad dressing'Hot' food barely luke warmCompletely wrong and cold sandwich, was to be hot and different..... called and talked to a Manager... you delivered the sandwich that sat back from 2 hours ago.... classy moveCalled again 5 minutes before close with no answer, again classyYou just lost your business to a bar nearby that would gladly promote you...

I am not sure who manages this place anymore. The quality of the food has hit rock bottom. I used to tell people if you want good Italian food go too Avantis. Well that stops now. We ate here on Friday night and the bread is NOT the same. It's barely bread with a bland taste. The meat sauce for the pasta dishes. Is no real Italian taste like it used too be. It's pretty sad. I understand things have changed but killing your food tastes. Will stop your customers from coming back. I would think instead of spending money on a robot that seats your guests. They would instead keep up the quality of the foods they sell.thats what keeps your customers

03 05 22. Went there at about 5 30 .tables not full but , had to wait .Was seated and had a wonderful waitress. Ordered food and mine was cheese and pasta was so tuff I had to cut it with a knife . That is what happens when you put it microwave to long . Person who was standing up front when we came in went to table to clean across from or table . Ido not need to see your but Crack while I am eating . Will not be back .

You have to love calling in to place and order and someone answers the phone "what do you want" and you can barely understand them. Then you tell them your name and they say mike out of a completely different name then what you said. Then they say go ahead and you start your order of 3 gondolas and when you say medium pizza she hangs up on you unprofessional and rude and apparently she doesn't have ears or she could hear what I said. This carelessness and terrible customer service of the younger generation is disgusting. Hire ppl who can speak clear English and who actually listen to what you say and who don't hang up because they are lazy

Really dissapointed. This place was recommended to us by a local and this was the worst meal I’ve ever had. The spaghetti sauce is from a can, the meatballs are mostly soy and frozen, the pasta is cheap, the broccoli was green mush, and the spinach artichoke dip was a thin thin soup so thin I couldn’t keep it on the bread. The water just soaked in like soup and the chunks of rotted spinach just slid off. I’ve brushed my teeeth 6 times and still can’t get the taste out. My husband can’t stop throwing up. The waitress was not friendly but tipped 20% anyway literally because I would be miserable if I worked there too. So so gross. Do not come here.

The food is bad. My husband ordered chicken Alfredo and it was like Cold Elmer’s glue on noodles with dry rubbery chicken. He couldn’t even pull the noodles apart it was a gelatinous heap of noodles. The restaurant was also dirty and smelled odd, which should’ve been our first red flag.He tried two bites and asked for the bill. After sharing our experience with other locals everyone chuckles and asks what we expected from Avanti’s.

What great food and great service. Thanks to the team for working today it was freezing and I was the only customer but they treated me well. I could go just for the bread what a treat. I'll be back soon. I think I have a new favorite Italian restaurant.

It was ABSOLUTELY freezing in the dining room area. We all had our coats back on my the time our food came. Several of our orders (party of 9) had to be changed, because they out of chicken. 5 o'clock on a Sunday. We were very disappointed
