Every time I come to this location I’m literally the 3rd person in line with a 30 minute wait for ONE beef & cheddar sandwich. Completely ridiculous & they be closing early for NO reason and I won’t even know they’re closed until I show up even though it says they’re open until eight online. It also says that they’re dying is open online too but refuse you entry when you try to dine in

The staff seems friendly, and the food is good. It's a little overpriced, but most things are lately.

5/10/22 placed an order arrived home minus my chicken pecan sandwich. I called and was told to come back and pick it up. When I went to the window I was handed the sack without even an apology for having to come back. This to me is poor customer service. Some type of compensation should have been offered, very disappointed.

Use to go to this location all the time, however the last 5 times i have been there they were either closed (at 3 or 4 in the afternoon!) or couldn't be bothered to answer their drivetrhu even though i saw employees inside. Will not be visiting this location anymore, and i used to go once a week, guess they don't want money $$!

I got the chicken nuggets and they were dry but the fries are amazing.

Everytime I go there they close at 4pm and only 1 person working. It wouldnt be bad if they would put a closed sign on drive thru but instead cars are lined up and no one says anything . I had to call and this has happened more than once. I'm done with Arby's

Busy of course during lunch rush, both sandwiches were dry and buns were hard. Asked for arby sauce that I didn't get. Called back and management tried to justify it ..SMH Then was told to come back which I couldn't do. And didn't want to as the line was 10 cars deep in the drive thru when I pulled off and you could not go inside due to covid. Needless to say. I was told to save My receipt and the order could be replaced.
