I am an avid taco bell lover and I am sad to say this location has went down hill really bad. They constantly get the order wrong or forget items and when you go back to get it corrected you get treated like you are lying. I don't remember the last time my order was right. Its to the point I stop and check the bag and items before I leave. I definitely don't go there as much as I used to and miss this location being consistent
4 employees came out of the (SMOKE FILLED) bathroom, high as kites. The lobby was very messy. The manager was focused on a girl leaning over the counter the whole time we were there. No ice anywhere. Food was stale like it had been sitting longer than it should have. I am a big fan of Taco Bell, but I really don't want to visit this location again!
First, I will say they were extremely busy when I arrived. There was a bus full of teenagers there to eat indoors. That being said, I was in the drive thru for 33 minutes, and my food ended up being wrong and gross. The nacho fries were oversaturated with seasoning, cold and soggy. I also ordered Nachos Bel Grande with no refried beans, no tomato and EXTRA meat. I sure was charged for the extra meat, but the picture shows how sad my nachos actually were. I ate about 4 bites before the meat was already gone. Unfortunately, I know I'll be back because my kids love the tacos. But I'm pretty upset and disappointed. And the measly free taco coupon definitely didn't make up for it.
Terrible service. Stood as the only person in line for 10 minutes without a single acknowledgement from any employee while all are moving at a snail's pace. Walked out. Food was probably the taco bell quality you would expect but I never got a chance to try so i went to Sonic up the street which is substantially better service for fast food, cant be too hard.
Ordered my cousin and I each a cravings box. They forgot to put forks in. Messed up my cousins box. I paid for steak and guacamole on the Gordita Crunch. Got neither of them on it. Paid for black beans for the 5-layer burrito, but didn’t get them. This taco bell continues to disappoint.

Ordered the $5 breakfast. When I got home my order was missing the 2 cinnabon delites or whatever they r called. I called & was told 2 come back & they would give me 4 of them. Told them I'd be back after I ate food I got. Food was ok but wasn't impressed. Burrito was just warm, hash brown was a little too crunchie, Coffee was just warm & not that great. The cinabons were good. Don't know if I'll ever eat breakfast there again. But I will eat lunch & dinner there, which I would give 4 maybe 4 1/2 stars.
Overcharged, and the arse at the drive thru window had an open-mouthed, maskless coughing fit at the window, didn't even bother to cover their mouth. Taco Bell can't afford sick days during a pandemic? Or, idk, masks? If they can't afford or won't bother with the absolutely rock bottom basics, why would I keep eating here? With employees that can't handle the bare minimum of food safety? taco bell isn't worth it.
Has gotten better. Fresh lettuce. Friendly service. Busy lunch rush.
I love the Doritos Taco, great spices. I do miss the Taco Salad and Watermelon Freeze Drink.?
