I usually absolutely love Starbucks. It's the one way my husband and I treat ourselves. Since right before Christmas this Starbucks is hardly ever open. They are constantly closing early or only staying open for a few hours in the morning. Every time I have tried to go lately they are closed. The closest one is a 20 minute drive away. They need to figure out the staffing and hours because they are losing a lot of revenue and customers by constantly being closed.Update:It seems that they finally have their staffing issues resolved!! They are now back to being open all day. Still having some issues with inventory, but I know that is happening everywhere. Back to being the place I love!
The drive thru line was ridiculously long, so we decided to go inside where there was less of a wait. After 30 minutes inside waiting we requested a refund. They gave us the money back, we decided to go thru the drive thru and was able to get through the line in a matter of 6 minutes. The manager didn’t help her staff but was just watching as everyone waited. It’ll be awhile before i decide to try them again.
My wife loves all of Starbucks drinks, I'm more of a black coffee guy and think it's a bit overpriced and not the best black coffee out there, almost had a burnt taste to it. What is even worse is the drive thru line is always soooooooo long. If I have to stop somewhere I'd prefer Duncan.

Hours on website say they are open. I drove there with my granddaughter only to find them closed when the hour on website said they are open until 9:00. They were closed on a Sunday at 1:00. If you aren’t going to be open have the decency and consideration for customers to post correct hours.
This store used to be great. I am a daily regular customer, but now I have to get my coffee elsewhere some mornings. I got used to putting in my mobile order and stopping to pick up my drink - daily - but now the mobile ordering has been disabled so when I get there I take my chances on whether the line is extra long or not. Until recently, if the line was long I would just walk in and get my drink - but now they have closed the cafe so drive through is the only option. No mobile ordering ahead, no option to walk in...Dunkin Donuts doesn't have that problem so maybe I will have to take my daily business there instead. It's a shame because I have been a daily regular customer of this Pekin Starbucks since it was built. I don't know what's going on there, but it's disappointing.

Though there was a day I went and though there were obviously people inside, no one was taking my order in the drive through. Waited a good few minutes as did the people behind me in the end. Though that could have been my misunderstanding and I didn't know they were closed. Overall nice, sometimes the drinks are cold when they're supposed to be hot, and the ones I get cold are very melty.
Can anyone tell me why this store has been closed for two weeks and when it will reopen. A statement to the Starbucks community would have been nice if the store is not opening for awhile
This location always takes forever. I don’t understand why I can get food in less than 10 minutes at a fast food place but it takes 30 minutes to get a drink here.
