The food is decent, as you'd expect. Please update the hours of your business online to reflect what they really are. Placed an order at 9:30PM when it was stated that you're open until 11PM. Showed up at 10 (the time set for pickup on the app) and the place had already closed AND charged me. Had to call customer service for a refund, but that's not a big deal. Just don't order on the app to avoid any confusion. Hopefully I save someone else the trouble.

Worst food and service ever. Spoke to the supposed district manager who proceeded to talk over me and tell me how she was home at with her family and took the time to call me. Very condescending and rude. Order was wrong, food spilled out in the bag. They did offer to replace food but after that experience doubt I will ever go back. Everytime I tried to speak she cut me off. I didn't order a plain sandwich and it was suppose to be grilled.
Eat here when on the road for work, always seem to be on point and getting fresh food correct and timely. Nice work Sonic Pekin!
Quality is hit and mix at this location. Some days it is fresh, hot and delicious and other times not so much. My biggest issue is that I am diabetic. I live the diet cherry limeades. Which is safe for me to drink. Several times recently when I have ordered, they have given me regular non diet limeades. This has caused my BS to sky rocket. The regular and diet are almost identical in taste. So it is hard to realize until my blood sugar reaches too high. So now I will not be able to order these because they can't be trusted to make my order correctly.
I tried the breakfast burrito and it was good but the bigger burrito is way better than regular size. The staff was friendly and courteous... I will be going back soon...
At a time when a lot of restaurants are short staffed, Pekin Sonic is always delivering great service and my food is always fresh. I don’t get fast food very often but this is definitely my go to when I do. The staff are very courteous.

I like Sonic a bit more than and other fast-food locations. Good variety and reasonable quality food. Selling point for me is the drinks. Blue raspberry slushy is my favorite. Big fan of the shakes, but I don't get them often. One of the more consistent places, thats a big plus in my opinion. Keep an eye out for the seasonal items, that slushy they have around the 4th is insanely good.
