Tonight we thought we would try the new special that we've been seeing on T.V. the $10.00 special, pan, 3 toppings from Pizza hut.Called the Pekin store to order and as always no one that works in fast food here in town knows nothing about anything, so he checks and comes back and says unfortunately we do not ad that is for online orders, which I would have promptly hung up and ordered.I Know that Pizza Hut went Full Woke, and millions will be Boycotting these restaurants, due to grooming children, pre k - 12 GO Woke, Go Broke!!Pizza Hut wants to give free pizzas to our young children to read about Drag Queens, hurt them where it counts in the pocket -$
When I tell you I have a crazy obsession with the breadstick seasoning, I think people think I'm nuts. However, Sean at the Pekin Pizza Hut understood the assignment!!! I have NEVER been so happy with the attention he paid to when he and I joked about a mountain of seasoning on my breadsticks. My fiance and I laughed because he also left this note for me. HILARIOUS! I cannot tell you how happy this just made me! Thanks Sean for going above and beyond! (I believe his name was Sean- if it wasn't, I'm sorry. You know who you are!!!)
So me and my husband order from pizza hut frequently but the last 3 times we have ordered they didn't bring everything on my order and when I called and spoke with the manager Katie she was very rude and told me that we would have to wait until she could have a delivery person bring it and she didn't even apologize not one single time out of the 3 times this has happened and she hung upon me and when I asked for her managers information she said that she couldn't give out names but I could call the store in the morning. The manager Katie is very rude and shouldn't be a manager she needs to be trained on how to treat her customers the right way
The cheesy bread was over cook/burned. If they added the toppings to cover the whole pizza not just the middle and skipping the corners would have good and lastly use boneless wings larger than a piece of popcorn chicken would have been nice as well. If all the locations were a little more strict on training and quality it would be good, it really isn't bad food but sometimes it's just not that great.
When I order delivery it always arrives warm. I have been a fan of Pizza Hut for years and have never been dissatisfied.
Bring my entire order to my house. Have my pizza made correctly.
Thin pizza is like no toppings. Cheese sticks burnt and cinnamon rolls were like soft dough. Very disappointed
nothing you can do; we do not know enough people to share our experience.The pizza was awesome and hot. hand tossed crust was very good. Haven't had Pizza Hut in a couple years because Pizza Hut has gotten the label of cheap pizza.
Items I regularly order have been removed from the Value Menu. Store no longer offers a Military Discount. And $1 for a half filled cup of breadstick sauce? Pizza hut is no longer the quality of pizza and company it used to be.
Very pleased with the on-line ordering and tracking of the order. The delivery driver was very kind and polite. A+. Pizzas were great ? too.
