Ordered about 5:30pm we live 10 minutes from the place. Tracked our order, it stated it was delivered that's funny my ring doorbell didn't go off. No pizza. Called the store about my order they remade it, will be delivered 15 minutes 6:50pm I might have my pizza. If this is how this pizza place is ran no wonder Peyton Manning stopped doing commercials for you. If a manager can't answer a call cause they are short staffed then train your people with the proper training to handle the situation.
I ordered 15 different pizza's for a party at work. KUDOS to the staff on the morning of 1/27/22... Every pizza was excellent and the whole crowd here at work, ate well.. Thanks Again, sharing my positive experience :), because it seems like people are always nagging on a pizza place.... We really enjoyed our pizza's from Papa Johns...
Place isn't what it used be. I don't blame the employees, I think this is an issue with the way the owner is running the place. Nobody ever looks happy to be working there.

My husband placed an order with them at 12:45. The first driver took 45 minutes to get it to our house, but went to the wrong house and gave them the order instead of us. When he called Papa Johns the manager was the only one in the store and she made our order again. Then she had to wait for a Door Dash person to deliver it. That took an additional 45 minutes. They didn’t even offer to give us a credit on our next order, or not charge us for the order. This is unacceptable. We will not be ordering from here for a long time.
Overpriced Shaq pizza they got part of the order wrong fixed it but had to wait extra 10 minutes but fixed it still overpriced

Ordered pizza, chicken poppers and cheese steak pizziadia. Got home and there was barely any meat on my pizzadia, mostly cheese and pizza bread. NOT WORTH WHAT YOU PAY FOR THEM !! My husband and I will not order from them EVER AGAIN !! The Papa John's website said that the pizza and other stuff we ordered was done but when we got there the pizza wasn't ready like the website said so we had to sit in a very hot store and wait. Horrible service ! Never ordering from there again. Better pizza places around here than them.
