Customer service sucked nobody waited on us we stood there for 10 minutes before we chose to use the kiosk to other people showed up and stood there without being helped they decided to leave another person walked in one of the other customers in here had to yell at the employees that there's people at thefront counter and then they had an attitude when they came up. then they had a call some chick from the back to come up and do her job cuz she wasn't doing her job. And the play place is disgusting in the fries are cold.
very unprofessional, I ordered my food and actually paid for it then I watched a group of four teenagers come in & the girl working obviously knew them and gave them free food like 30 or so nuggets, fries and somehow they were served before me and when I asked why I was still waiting 5 minutes later she proceeded to tell me they were waiting on fresh nuggets even though I only ordered a 4 piece LOL.
The manager lady and possibly district or regional manager lady had the girl in the booth behind me crying asking her when she was going to grow up and move out of her parents house because she needed to change her hours to work in the mornings instead of the evenings it was despicable if I wouldn't have had my work clothes on I would have told both of them what they were.
Besides the wait to bring out food, everything went good. Previously working at one of the McDonald's locations here I can say with almost certainty that management needs more training! Especially Newly hired 18 year olds and other Inexperienced young Manager's.
Best McDonalds ever!! The sweet tea is to die for. Wish I could get a gallon of it!

Ordered on the app. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches but on arrival was informed they no longer serve fish sandwiches after 11 pm but found in cooler so i got them . But after i pulled away I found real fast the cooking method was microwave and the sandwiches were soggy and mushy terrible i threw them away . And again no napkins given
They are becoming a joke !! We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 double fish filets with extra tartar sauce one without the bun. We got the with the bun perfect but the one without the bun was a joke it was literally 2 fish filets in a container side by side and in the middle a container of tartar sauce!!! No cheese the fish not even together and no tartar sauce on the filets but I got charged 40 for the container of tartar sauce?!?!?! I said how is it extra if you never put any on either one to begin with???? Who even serves food this way ??? They want 15$ an hour for this mess??? Not from do better try to live up to and learn from Culver's who had never let us down!!!!
For a family of five we spend around 50 dollars each visit. Not worth that cost.
Long wait to place our order and we were the first customers in line. Fries weren't edible. They messed up our order but made us wait for the corrected order until everyone behind us got their order filled, including the bus load of wrestlers. If they were busy when we came in I'd understand but they were all standing around laughing.
