My son ordered his food online through the app...he went to get it after he had paid through the app and they told him they didn't receive his order and there is nothing they can do. His bank account charged him and he got nothing. Tried calling the store over 15times and no one ever picked up. This all happened at around 11pm. If your open 24hrs someone needs to answer the phone and know how to take care of problems like this. This is ridiculous. He is just out 13 dollars. This is not ok.
This is the only McDonald's in town I will go to even though there is another. They have the drive thru down to a science here. No matter how busy it is, or how long the line, they are extremely efficient and rarely make mistakes in your order. I took off one star only because sometimes the staff could be a little friendlier. I understand they are supremely rushed, but a simple greeting goes a long way. Other than that, I definitely recommend this McDonald's.
I had a very nice young male teenager working the window. My online app order wasn't working. The manager was so rude to him but he stayed patient and apologized multiple times. I have to say this young man is a positive employee. Maybe the rude manager should take a lesson from him. If that was my son she talked so rude to. I would have made her apologize and he would have quit . Don't treat young teens that are willing to work with disrespect. This manager needs to get retrained. You can't find help and when you do treat them with respect.
Don't go late at night. The management would be the only people who know what they're doing. Just a bunch of teenagers hanging out around a register, staring at cars through the window.
I've been sitting at the drive through window for almost an hour waiting for the simplest online order. This is an extremely ridiculous amount of time to wait for a small order at McDonald's, or any fast food facility for that matter. Very upset about this. Only positivity from this encounter was the friendly/kind attitude from the server. I shouldn't have to pay for this order to say the least. I will not be returning.
Update: Still the same blah review with no change.It is McDonald's. This one has no playplace for kid. They do have machines in the store you can place your own order. I am not a fan of them because it takes away humans, so I do not use them. The staff is nice as well as the store is clean and that's why I it got 3 stars.
Some times they are amazing there...and sometimes you wait an hour for a curbside pick up. But at least it was made up for when I contacted customer service.
Man these burgers really butter my buns when im starving my cheeks off. I love McDonalds so much and i wish i could marry it. The frys all so salty and oily it makes me whole day. Whenever i eat here after im done I immediately feel like I'm gonna puke. Then i do. Its awesome i go and puke all over my evil step mothers pillow. I also own a voodoo doll and hope one day i can use it to get rid of my idiot hamster. I need therapy.?
It was closed because of the storm. But here is a girl that works here that should NOT be asst manager or manager or anything related. She has repeatedly totally ignored me when I have gone in to pick up a customer's orders but if the young man is in there managing then you'll be well taken care of.
Had to pull ahead & wait for 10 min n drive thru for 6 CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES BAKED FRESH. WTH? THEY ONLY TAKE 2 MIN AND WHEN I WAS AT THE PARTY WINDOW THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THEY HAD BEEN DROPPED THEN. TIME 3MIN TO MAKE IT TO THE PICK UP WINDOW AND STILL NO COOKIES...."PLZ PULL AHEAD"!? STILL TOOK ANOTHER 10 MIN TO GET THEM AFTER 9 ORDERS HAVE BEEN WALKED OUT N DRIVE THRU OUR LEFT THE WINDOW.
