Kami at the Rail House probably needs to stop making fun of or laughing at patrons who actually eat there regularly.Definitely won't be back there ever.This hits personally coming from a local restaurant in my hometown especially whenI don't even know her at all.*Learn some restaurant etiquette*P.S. I never complained about your ladies room being absolutely trashed and disgusting. I never complained about your mac n cheese bites being frozen in the middle still when it was served to me. I never complained about your bartender putting a dirty bucket of water that smelled like Fabuloso cleaner right in front of me at the bar as my friend and I were still eating and drinking. I don't complain. These incidents mentioned were all different visits.Laughing about me/making fun of me in front of my son is entirely uncalled for.
Took awhile waiting for initial service. But was friendly when they did arrive. Food was delicious and hit. Great prices
Food was great. Service was great. My only complaint was that it was so cold where we were sitting next to the pizza station. Calzone was awesome!
I want to give it a four star. And in some ways it is but when I realized that most restaurants are just salt filled ingredients and I craved something and new and different. Real ingredients I was here. I love maquet's but I'm sick of the same old ingredients. Tons of salt and salt and salt.. I am sorry but the Reuben's okay and the burgers. Both very salty. Lovely good to try but still missing what I've been craving. Freshness.
Always top notch food and service. Food looks to be made fresh at the restaurant and not just pulled out of the freezer and tossed into the deep frier. Another person at our table ordered chicken tenders and said they were the best they had. They looked home made and incredibly fresh! Never had mediocre food here in many visits.
Went there for my birthday with some family, only thing that we noticed before but were patient with the waitress that is a drinks and then ask for appetizers instead of doing it all at once. Other than that she was consistent and pleasant and one of the fastest times we've got to eat

Went on a Saturday evening during a busy time. Service was decent and food was good. Food came out quickly. Pizza is what I was told they are known for and while it was good, the crust was overdone. It wasn't terrible since I don't eat the outer crust but might be a disappointment to some. Overall happy with food.
Had the portobello mushroom burger which was amazing!! Craving it to the point I'm taking my friends there before we leave town. Definitely worth getting. Great service and good price. Cooked exactly as ordered and quick. Fries were delicious as well.
It was so good. Their smokehouse wrap is absolutely delicious. Staff are some of the best around. Never had a bad experience here.
