First of all, quite a few of the employees are drinking soda and water WITHOUT washing their hands afterwards, there are even a few cooks whom are vaping while cooking, I have seen very few of the kitchen staff wash their hands, I have seen food stored on the floor of the freezer which is a health code violation, some of the prepared food is not dated properly, On two occasions I have seen mice run past me, I have gone into the walk in, and lids are not put on.... Last night I could not deal with it anymore, and I quit. I have also filed a formal complaint with the Tazewell County health department. ( P.S. I was one of the cooks there ).

Service was great. The food we had was awful, but it was late and we were starved. The chicken was overcooked and hard. The fries were undercooked and soggy.
