The food is trash every time. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.
The employees are super sweet, the food was out very fast, and the restaurant is very cute! Food was delicious
My daughters food was delivered an hour and a half after ordering it was cold soggy and not edible i called they wouldnt let me talk to the manager (Hannah) only agreed to fix one of the three things she ordered was told my daughter was a lier about the time and temp of the food after 2 hours of dealing with these VERY RUDE people they replaced the food with edible food by a very rude delivery man (Stan) they used to get alot of business from my family NEVER again you make discusting cold soggy food fix the problem dont blame the customers

I used to love this location.. until tonight. I have never in my life felt this much disrespect..delivery time was 25 minutes my food gets here an hour later. COLD and the crab rangoon wasn't even edible.. I was accused of lying and that my food wasn't cold. They only offered to fix the crab rangoon.. manager refused to talk to us because she doesn't know "english" then calls my stepdad personally once she found out he orders food from them often. He then explains I'm his daughter who's pregnant and just wants to eat Chinese for dinner. For an hour they refused to do anything then sends out fresh food for their old food back during a pandemic. I'm glad I wasn't the one personally calling them and refused to be screamed at by the lady on the phone. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Unacceptable!!

very disrespectful claimed we were lying about them giving cold food, I also called and asked for a refund and they asked for the food back during a global pandemic. told me that I was lying about the time that they gave me that the food would be there told my fiance that she was lying that the food was cold. when I called to complain they put me on hold and we're complaining about my fiance who had just called. would not recommend
You guys tried to charge a 10% additional fee for a “meat shortage?” We took our business elsewhere and didn’t get charged hidden fees for stupid things. I get that you’re likely hurting from the pandemic, but charging hidden fees won’t save your sinking ship.
This food is really good. The people are wonderful. We have been coming here for years, ever since we moved to Pekin. Wonderful place for take out. You can even stand and watch them cook!
