This particular facility was horrific, the employee that was working D. TAYLOR decided that is was appropriate to use fowl language at the drive through then proceeded to swear at me whilst I was in the building trying to simply get my lunch. Then of course because she was not happy my order was cold and burnt. Will not be returning to this location which is a shame because I like dairy queen, just not disrespectful people
Went through the drive through today, ordered a caramel moolatte and a sea salt fudge toffee blizzard. The service was great, the product was awful! The blizzard was vanilla ice cream with a couple bits of ground up toffee, I don’t know if there was anything else, I couldn’t taste it and damn sure didn’t see it! The moolatte went into the garbage, after the person drinking it, said it tasted like spoiled milk. Mine went into the garbage shortly after. We won’t be returning!
My husband and I were the first and only people in line for two Blizzards. We were in line for a coupleinutes before they took my card, no big deal. Both Blizzards were underfilled and mine did not have much of the toppings mixed throughout. So basically a cup of vanilla ice cream with some caramel swirled through. The woman that took our money was wearing a cropped hoodie with no shirt underneath, so my husband could see her thong. Classy. I doubt we'll be back.
just bad food all the way around went 2 times won't go again food maybe spoiled or something cause my burger definitely did not tast right and the management did not really seem to keep it up to code with cleaning
My wife and I went down tonight to get the $6.00 meal deal, A 100% beef double cheese burger with pickle, ketchup, and mustard on a toasted bun.Also a small sundae, med.coke, and fry with each meal.We got to the window at 5:15 p.m. and the young man took our $20.00 bill for a $13.40 2 meal deals, I said I wanted strawberry and a chocolate sundae with our meals, 08 minutes later, they try to give me 2 chocolate sundaes, but still no change. 5 minutes later they give me a bag with 2 burgers and one fry, no change until I asked for it missing 1 fry, and no cokes. The young guy said, " could you move up in front? No sir no man not polite but sassy.My wife had to go into the restaurant for 15 minutes asking for cups as we didn't get our sodas or our Xtra fry. Now I would be upset and I know that whomever put these kids in a fast food establishment should be fired immediately I don't care if he owns the place. This is not the real "Dairy Queen" we grew up with. It's downright pitiful.If anyone ever needs to go to a real Dairy Queen, go to Grand Prairie's establishment, they're the best!! They give you respect and are quick, by the way, when we ordered 2 hamburgers we were expecting, pickles, mustard, and ketchup on a toasted bun, and all we got was a plain cold bun, no nothing except a piece of cheese and two burgers.The employees act like they're in lala land.
Took my child in store tonight to enjoy a snack in a different environment. Staff has note posted at door stating they would like respect from customers, same needs to be shown to the patrons. If a child is in the store please choose more appropriate music and more appropriate language(even if you are on/off the clock). Also if you see a customer standing at the register I know it gets overwhelming when busy, but please don't make eye contact several times and say nothing,it's polite to at least acknowledge. All we needed was a lid so my child could take the rest of the ice cream home for later. Thank you and again respect goes both ways.
I’m done coming to this location since it seems this is the only one that is always terrible! Went to get food and first they gave us the wrong icecream which happens sometimes so that’s fine. What isn’t fine is the worker inside making rude comments about how we should have just taken it. The food was old, we were missing one box of fries. The box of fries we did get were cold. Neither of our drinks had ice in it. Not to mention the sodas were flat. And our order took 20 minutes to come out and we were the only ones in line. Literally watched the workers inside on their phones. Absolutely terrible service.
food sucked. chicken strips hard, dried out like they were cooked too long. fries were very greasy
After a very long stressful day working a hamb. From dairy queen really sounded good. So on the way home we decided to stop for it. When we got home and went to eat the sandwich didn't have anything on .it and was very dry like it had been setting for awhile needless to say it went in the garbage. I will think twice before stopping there again.
Good food! Looks a bit sketchy in terms of cleanliness, but it's owned by a nice family and they're all very friendly. Very fast too!
