Greeted by posters explaining staff shortages and the wait to be seated. Being short of staff was something we also experienced in other restaurants in and around Pekin, so not unique. Staff were friendly. Bread and our sides were delivered but not our mains. We finished them and the waitress came to ask about dessert. Then had to rush off to get our mains. Tinned vegetables for me and overcooked very small portion of fish. I don't expect great cuisine in a restaurant franchise, but we were paying almost the same as for a main course in a restaurant in London, UK, where we live.
We took a group of 21 people at 8pm after a visitation. Server Nikki took very good care of all of us, food was prompt and hot, and good taste. Kudos to Nikki from all of us.
Service was better then last visit but still needs improvement .Young man working , busing tables ,working as casher,and seating people , also helping bring food orders out . He was worth keeping on staff .You need more like him !
We had a wonderful meal and even though there was only one server doing it all up front she did an excellent job!!!!
They have changed some menu items house salad is just salad. Old butter packs are gone and now use the plastic container style instead of the foil packs. Larger servings and prices are still affordable. Ranch dressing was very watered down. Waitress was nice
Stopped by for an early Valentine's Day lunch with my sweetie. I had the lasagna, Peej enjoyed the baked cod. Outstanding waitress, reasonable prices, convenient location. Who could ask for more?
We booked reservations for an 80th birthday and they had a special room so we could celebrate with family. The server, Emily, was wonderful and the food was great. We eat here very time we come to town.
Had a good experience. Food as uninspiring but nothing wrong with it. Bread was awesome as always. Waitress was super friendly. Will visit again.
The food is always spot on. Great value.
The food was good. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. The service started good then got sloppy. My son .... who was taking me out for New Years .... had to finish his meal without anything to drink. All in all, ok, but could have been drastically better.
