Very bad customer service. They didn’t give me straws, refused to give napkins, they forgot about my large fries and I had to go back. The tray was defective and I got all the soda over myself, and when I went to the window of drive thru they gave me attitude. The manager (woman) was very rude to me and I was just being polite. So, I recommend people to not go there and go to another Wendy’s because the customer service was very bad here. My family and I had bad experience.
Ordered through the app and tried to pick up, but the said they did not have my order despite the receipt so I left. And then like 40 minutes later the charge came through on my credit card.Total fail.

Food was good, drive through server seemed to be struggling with taking the orders. Felt like might be new so be patient.
I went to Wendy to get a sandwich with my T mobile Tuesday you have to have the Wendy app I brought two sandwich the Manager were very helpful Im a senior havnt eating breakfast yet, Im happy , He listen,wasn't Smart mouth !!! Hot sandwich too.
Price is right but doublestack was lacking. Drink tasted very off for a cherry coke also
Lobby and drive thru closed on a Saturday in the middle of lunch rush. No sign on the locked door, employees gave no reason over intercom and were all just around when we had to drive around to leave.
Dollar breakfast sandwiches the best,coffee good too,service good too,can't beat it in this economy?
Lovely worker helped us out, and the nuggets were wonderful!
