Very clean, open seating. Very authentic pho, this is the best in the suburbs, hands down. Ive tried a few in the area and their Broth is the best. Broth has just the right spices, served piping hot with your choice of cuts of beef. (I like the combo, my wife prefers just the eye of round steak) They serve it with all the garnishes of thai basil, jalepenos, and bean sprouts. You get a BIG bowl. Trust me your not going home hungry. When i was done , it looked like there was as much left as when I started. I gladly took the rest home! They have hot/cooked pork and beef bahn mi. Crisp baguette and nicely pickled vegetables. Put a little hoisen or siracha if you like it spicy. I shared the appetizer plate... Shrimp egg rolls right of the fryer nice hot and crispy. Spring rolls were on point, great peanut sauce to go with it. This place is excellent, I hope more people find out about this because they serve some great food here. The staff are very humble, polite. CASH only, but they do have an ATM in the lobby in case you need it.
The space is so inviting; clean and orderly. The staff use those cool tablet things to take orders! They have quite a variety of smoothie/boba flavors and they taste AMAZING, so fresh!!! We tried the strawberry kiwi, and the banana split ? So yummy! The egg rolls were delicious, so so so flavorful! Spring rolls weren't rolled very tight so the filling fell out when I was dipping it in the delicious sauce, but the flavor was very yummy. ?
The Food and Service was absolutely fantastic ??. The Chicken Sticks were so Tender and Flavorful and the Fried Rice combo was Amazing. My Husband ordered the Soup and Rolls and even the Tropical Shake I had was so creamy and tasty. This is the second time in a week we have eaten thereTY for a Great Environment and Mouth Watering Food with Awesome prices ?
1st time visiting the restaurant and trying Vietnamese food. We got steamed pot stickers, the Bun Beef & Pho Thai. It wasn't spicy like I thought it would have been, but there's Sriracha sauce at the table to spice it up. The food was delicious, fresh, and was priced right. The staff was really nice as well. Definitely recommend trying them out.
Clean. newly opened a year ago. Staffs are kind. Taste is good. Price is reasonable. However, they only accept cash.
The staff is great, the food is good. Best pho we have had in the area. The restaurant is very clean food comes out tasty and fast. They were thoughtful enough to ask, when taking our order, if they should make the smoothies immediately and let them melt or have us wait to start when we arrive, I so appreciate having that choice. The pho was delicious; the smoothies had no flavor. We will continue to return for the food but skip the smoothies from now on. 5 stars because of the pho and staff. I won't take away because of my taste.
It was our first visit and we tried spring rolls, egg rolls and Pho (055) with brisket and tripe. Everything was delicious. Loved bubble tea as well. Definitely coming back. NOTE: CASH ONLY !!!
I would rate this place 10 stars if I could! I called tonight to ask about an item and the lady who answered the phone was very nice, informative and helpful. The Vegan pho and the Spring rolls with shrimp are AMAZING. I can't wait to order again. Such a great spot!
Delicious pho! The broth was perfectly flavored. I got the traditional beef pho, chicken bahn mi sandwich and fried potstickers. Thai tea wasn’t overly sweet and tasty!The pho is a huge portion, you can definitely share with another person if you want to get more sides and dishes.Friendly service, lots of space!CAUTION: it is cash only (they do have an ATM inside)
Viet Taste has the best Pho soups in the entire NW Chicago suburbs. We moved here from DC, where we have tried some really delicious Pho soups in several authentic places. When moved to Chicago area we were on the mission to find a new favorite spot with great Pho soup. We tried so many places but couldn’t settle on one. We heard from friends here that Viet Taste was opening right in our neighborhood. We anticipated the opening date for few months. Now that it’s opened we are the regulars there and often are greeted by the owner (extremely nice person who really cares about the customers). My husband loves tendon soup and I prefer the brisket (my go to are #40 or #44) I also highly recommend my other favorite #25 Bún Combo Shrimp and lemongrass pork and egg roll (So delicious!)We highly recommend their smoothies as well. Our favorites are Piña Colada and Kiwi. We haven’t tried all of them though, but I bet they are all delicious.
