We showed up on time but These guys could not figure out which pickup order was ours for over 40 minutes... even with a picture of the confirmation from the app and the email receipt... they claimed we gave them the wrong name (which is literally impossible because we showed them the order confirmation through the wingstop app and email..) and they said it was our fault for being 40 minutes late and they weren't going to remake our cold food. We showed up at 5pm, our pick up time... we didn't leave until 545pm for time reference. They told my boyfriend he showed up late after literally talking to them face to face for 40 minutes... luckily my boyfriend refused to leave until they made new food. I don't know how much heroine these guys are doing but they cannot function.. this is actually the 2nd time they messed up my order but we won't even get into that.. fool me once, shame on me... fool me twice.. shame on wingstop.. seriously these guys should be ashamed of themselves.
