They almost all the time have my orders ready by the time I get there. If it's not ready I doubt I wait more than a minute. Went through the drive thru for the first time today and was in and out with 6 cars ahead of me. Great customer service, fast and friendly

BE MORE CLEAR WITH UBER ORDERS, UBER SAID TO USE DRIVE THRU OR GO INSIDE. I CHOSE DRIVE THRU. THE LADY WAS TOO LAZY TO MAKE IT WHILE I WAS WAITING IN DRIVE THRU. BE MORE PROFESSIONAL. SHE TOLD ME YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE. SO NOT HAVING BEEN TO THIS STARBUCKS BEFORE SHE COULD HAVE GOT THE CUSTOMER INTO AN Accident by not telling me how to exit.
I love coming here to treat my girlfriend, or to get drinks and such for her family. Really pulls together the idea of a drive-thru/coffee shop.

This is not a good Starbucks! Today I ordered online a Tall Strawberry Refresher and I received a Trenta one. The Hot Chocolate that I got was cold. I will not order from this location again.
Everything I’ve ordered tastes so good and they have very nice employees with great customer service. The only thing is when I receive my iced coffee drinks, the bottom half is warm as if the milk sits outside the fridge for a long while. It’s gross to me to drink it like that so I have to refrigerate it or freeze it for a bit before drinking it but it still tastes amazing afterwards.

Bad experience during rush hour. They skipped 4 people in line and took an order from a regular as they arrived at the end of the line. When asked about it, the barista simply said "because I know her". The regular walked up to the counter, paid and grabbed her drinks while the 4 other people she cut continued to wait for another 12 minutes. Baristas should not walk up to customers in line and personally take their orders WITHOUT PAYING simply because they "know her". It's not fair to those waiting in line. I will try my best to avoid this location simply because the lack of fairness.
