I never leave reviews, but for the sake of such wings and pizza, I decided to leave a review. It was hard to find a delicious pizzeria in America, but I am extremely glad that I found Sarpinos! simply fantastic service, all the guys communicate with you and even give nice bonuses! Crispy wings mmm and incredibly juicy pizza! I recommend sarpinos in palatine?
This was my favorite sarpinos until tonight!! I could not believe that the person who had taken my order had on a pair of gloves that she took my money with, and gave me my change then continued on to make my pizza without changing gloves or washing her hands. I stopped her, and she just changed her gloves after I told her that that was nasty!! She still did not wash her hands, and then had the nerve to roll her eyes at me like why couldn't I just take the contaminated pizza?!?!? Needless to say, I got my money back and left. No food poisoning for me tonight!!! Such a eye opening experience!!
Terrible! Food was delivered cold and sloppy.Usually, delivered fast and hot. I don’t know who’s in charge on 4-9-22 but 2 thumbs down.
I really love this spot! Sarpino’s Pizza has the best pizza I have ever had! They also have a huge menu, they have great choices of high-quality foods, including appetizers, pasta, sandwiches, desserts, chicken wings, salads, and also gluten-free foods. This place is really incredible. Everything on their menu is really great and can really make your mouth water. Just by looking at their food, you can really tell that all of it is worth trying, and also can surely satisfy your cravings. They are full of delicious and unique foods. Sarpino’s Pizzeria is a hidden gem in this area of Palatine. I am really grateful that this place is nearby my area. Their customer service is very good, fast, quick. Their staff is really working so fast. They do their job perfectly and they really love what they are doing. All of them are friendly, nice, decent, attentive, and professional. They will greet you once you enter the place and show a big smile to you. They also got the orders correct and served the food on time. All of them are so great! They really made my experience much better and more unforgettable. Outstanding service. Great menu. Amazing foods. Awesome staff. Fantastic place. Good prices. Sarpino’s Pizzeria is everything! This place is my favorite! I really love the selections and their huge menu here. So many quality foods that satisfied my cravings. They are full of delicious and unique foods. Their pizza is exceptional! Very unique and cannot compare to the pizza of other stores around. They also have great choice of high quality food, including pasta, wings, salads, appetizers, and also lot of vegan and gluten-free. If you are here in this area and looking for great spot to hang-out with friends or bonding with family, this place is perfect, you can find here the best pizza all over the area, they are cheaper than others, and you can really enjoy the whole place. They are so clean, nice, neat, decent, and the vibe inside the place is so awesome. The crust is so thin, crispy, cheesy, and the toppings of it is overload. You will absolutely enjoy their food. Everything here is perfect. I will absolutely love to visit here again soon when I have some free time. I will visit again with my friends and family.
