Tried Pedro's for the first time this past week and I have to say this may be my new favorite local pizza joint. Ordered two pizzas, one with everything and one with extra cheese, sausage and mushrooms. Loved the crisp finish of the crust, it wasn't too thin and not too thick. The sauce was also very tasty. The cheese is good quality. But the best part was the sausage. I am normally more of a pepperoni fan, but the sausage was excellent. Delivery was on time and professional. I will most definitely ordering from Pedro's again.
This was just the most delicious pepperoni thin crust I've had in the NW burbs. Perfect topping amount. Perfect crust. Easy to order. Good value for the price. Convenient location. Place isn't much to look at (get carryout) but dang the pizza was good.
Their steak tacos are delicious! Some of the best Mexican street tacos I've ever had because their salsa n seasoning is amazing. The sopes are great too, pretty authentic. They also have some of the most flavourful thin crust pizza I have ever had in the Palatine area. They are my go to for tacos and thin crust pizza.
i would give 5 stars but the employees are extremely rude and unwelcoming… especially the guy in the front

Great price and great taste. Plus, police is always in the parking, so safety checks out too.
