I must have ordered from here at least 2 dozen times, and the service has just been incredible. From someone who orders from here often, the staff is friendly, none of my pizzas have been wrong or late; don’t rely on negative reviews
DON’T GO TO THIS STORE.The delivery driver was very rude to me. I went to pick up a pizza, the guy from the kitchen told me it’d be a few minutes as the pizza was in the oven. After 15-18 minutes I asked for the update like anybody would. The delivery driver told me “you can go in the KITCHEN and start making by yourself” I was like WHAT? I didn’t even talked to him.I was extremely polite, it’s not how you treat anyone! I waited for 45 minutes to be exact.The guy in the kitchen was nice to me and to everyone!That delivery guy was surely frustrated, as apart from being extremely rude to me, he was also throwing pizza boxes here and there, used the pizza open box of pizza that fell down, and so on! NOT RETURNING.
Their delivery is horrible. Two times in a row they call an hour later with the wrong address, and it’s door dash, both times. Cold food as a result. Won’t be ordering from this one again. Cheap cold 2 hour later delivery, pizza joint.
You probably know what you’re getting with papa johns pizza, so this is mostly focused on this specific location.Normally we have no issues ordering online and picking up in store. Lately though, when we go to pick up the pizza we end up waiting for 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Not a huge deal, but worth noting.
UPDATE: when the DoorDash representative came back on the phone he informed me that after calling the Papa John’s himself he was told that the order was never even picked up by a delivery driver yet!! I now have to wait 72 hours for my money to come back to me and I am trying to scramble and find a place that is open so I can feed my kid! Completely unacceptable! I have deleted both the papa johns and door dash apps from my phone and have already spread the word around my community to avoid both businesses at ALL costs.My order should have been here an hour ago. The app says its been delivered and when I called to ask about it they couldnt tell me anything except it left their facility and that its in door dash’s hands now and they have no way to contact the driver. I am now on the phone with door dash who says they have to call the papa johns to see what is going on because on their end they see the pizza is still there. I had no idea that I was not just ordering through papa johns and getting it delivered by them. They must have started contracting the delivery through door dash…. well this was a HUGE mistake. This is one of the WORST customer experiences ever. I now have a starving 5 year old that I have to run out and get something to eat for her because a simple pizza order could not be fulfilled properly. Will NEVER order from papa johns again and will NEVER use door dash again either.
I ordered it online and went to pick it up, and they told me it would be a 5 to 7 minute wait because it was still in the oven, but after 10 minutes they told me to wait for 20 minutes because they didnt start on the order yet. They didn’t say sorry, keep saying I don’t know. I asked them to cancel it and to get a refund, but they charged my card again.Don’t order here.
Pizza was 2 hours late. Ordered 2 pizza only got 1 and that was the wrong pizza. No one answered the phone when we called the store. Door dash delivery went back to the store to get the missing pizza. Manager refused to get on the phone with us. Nothing about the pizza covered with green peppers witch I can’t eat. 2 hours later we still didn’t get the 2nd pizza. If you like this kind of service after spending your hard earned money, order from this place. I never will again. Good Luck!! I GIVE 0 STARS
Matt is awesome. He showed that he really cares about making the costumers happy. He cares about the quality of the pizza. He made me a second pizza right away because he did not approve the first one. Very easy to talk to and very helpful.
Not even One star! Delivered the wrong pizza, and won’t pick up the phone after 2 hours!!! The pizza that was delivered isn’t edible to my family . It’s too late to drive there so we are out 22$. Read the reviews apparently this happens often at this location! I will never order from any Papa Johns because of the very poor service and mismanagement!
The pizza was wrong it didn’t have the right toppings and they just left it at the door no knockingI checked it 30 minutes later it was there very cold. Now they said they don’t have enough drivers and it is still at the store cancel it. Never ever going to get it from there just make it your own.
