So today I decided to take my family out to eat. We went to panda express in Palatine, IL. This is the last time I will go there. And I will make sure that everyone should hear this. The restaurants floor is dirty they don't like to clean, and very vary very rude and ugly customer service. Especially the manager and employees keep rushing all the customers to place an order........
Emyi(manager) and Kathryn(cashier) were working tonight and the service was horrible. First when I pulled up there was someone that suggested "Shanghai rib" when I ask the employee what it was she replied with "WHAT we don't have that, So I continued to order my usual. At the window because my 20 was slightly ripped on the side they refused to take it and laughed while handing the money back to me, which at that point made me feel like they were making their own rules in there denying perfectly good currency with only a small tear on the side. After receiving my money I asked if there was a number to call so I could let panda know how their customers were being treated and Kathryn replied "can you just look it up." I've been coming to this same location for a while now and after today I honestly hope you all fix this situation or I'm sure you'll lose other loyal customers like myself with this type of service given.
Food is good , clean place .....BUT ,,,,manager MARIA has zero customer skills , rude , actually makes you avoid the place after me and my 4 guest were completely mistreated !!!Avoid her , other than that place is NICE . Been going there for over 3yrs .Good luck !!
Extremely slow drive thru lines, and on top of that they were very rude. I would not recommend coming to this location.
ZERO STARS. Ordered through doordash no fault of theirs since they only deliver. So you can imagine my shock and irritation when I opened my food and saw all this burnt fried rice. It was scorched and not edible. The sweet fire chicken tasted like spoiled milk disgusting! Who ever had the nerve to send out bad food need to be fired, if you didn't want to work you should've stayed yo broke behind home! I'm getting my money back.
What the hell is this. Drive thru is supposed to be quick. I should not be waiting at the box for 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. If you don’t have staff then shut this location down. We shouldn’t be suffering for your inadequacies. This is the 3rd time I have been through this. Doubt I’ll come back ever again. I’d give negative stars if I could.
Terrible restaurant. Don't show up in fornt of counter at this driveway when I had trouble to order. I have asked my order again and again, they ignored it and went through it. They waited for passing over the front desk. I called them over the phone, they don't take it.
First of all I ordered a kids meal it came with barely any chicken and barely any noodlesSecond they forgot one of my meals and when I asked about it they just handed it to me no apologies no concerns it was sitting on the counter as if someone made it but no one knew where it wentWhen I got home the chow mein had more onions that it did noodles
Will not be returning! Sherlyn is extremely rude. My card chip wasnt working and she threw a fit. When the other guy working said “swipe it” she said “if the card isnt working its not working” Refused to swipe my card and had another girl do it. The girl swiped my card and it went through. Asked the manager to come talk to me, sherlyn got defensive and i said “ i dont know why youre so rude” and she said “dont come here then “ terrible staff
I hate this Panda Express. Love eating at Panda but refuse to go to this particular one anyone. Just a much of lazy workers and no manners. Very unfortunate.
