About 2 weeks ago our order that included 2 mocha frappes with caramel drizzle was incorrect. Was given manager on phone and given name Patty. Come to get credit today and the manager on shift says Patty hasn't worked here in 2 years. So in other words the weekend manager didn't want to deal with an unhappy customer and gave a fake name. Thankfully the manager on shift still honored the credit.

I ordered my meal 40 minutes ago... They told me to pull into spot number 4 and people have come and gone. Guy even came to my car to ask what I ordered and said it was coming up next that was 20 minutes ago. Still waiting....Update: after 50 minutes I went back through the drive thru to request, lady said pull to window 3. Woman at window 1 remembered me I told her I was still waiting. At window 2 the guy who originally told me to go to spot 4 to wait. Asked to see my receipt which I explained I told the girl at 1 I didn't need one. Then some other lady appeared told me they didn't have spicy nuggets which I told her I didn't order. Then she said they didn't have 10 nuggets which I also did not order.... Then demanded she see my receipt. I got my phone out with my credit card statement that says 25 dollars at McDonald's and was going to have the girl at one reprint the receipt. ALL THIS FOR A QUARTER POUNDER MEAL, 4 PIECE NUGGET A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH AND ANOTHER MED FF ( which I never received). 1 hour for all this.... shame on me for being "patient". Thinking oh they are busy the guy said I was next....At least I got my mcflurry which was the only thing enjoyable. I will gladly travel the extra miles to go to a competent McDonald's.

The last time I went through they forgot to give me $5 worth of items from my order and when I called they said they were putting my name in the office to allow me to get it the next time I came through. Today I returned and was going to order a meal plus the forgotten food from my previous trip. I started off mentioning the mistake on the order to let them know and was told to just pull up to talk to the manager. When I pulled up they basically accused me of lying about the error in my order because the manager that said there would be a note about it apparently didn't make one. Apparently you can't take their Manager's word that they are going to fix their error.

this place parks everyone, either forgets something or gives you the wrong order, and aren’t even trained well. (coming from a mcdonald worker…) apparently, they’re strict on their workers tho but everytime i’ve been there i’ve had a problem.

Absolutely garbage. The best tasting parts were the packaging. The clerk at the drive thru was picking her nose. McCrappolds. I was stuck having to stop there. Never again.

This place always gets my order wrong. No matter what I order. The other day, I drove all the way home just to find out that the sprite I ordered tasted like club soda. Seriously? Like not even a drink can be prepared correctly? Then to top it all off, they don't give refunds

I’m a pretty reasonable and patient individual but this McDonald’s is an incompetent joke of a franchise. Waiting for a pre-order for over 30 min, ended up leaving and throwing away $15.Whatever, right? Nope. Went again weeks later and left after 15 min in a short drive-thru line. Stay in school, kids.

We went to Mickey D's after checking into our hotel. The wait in the drive-thru was very long, although there were only 5 people ahead of us in line. Everyone was told to go into a waiting space.There was a strange sign when you pulled up to pay, stating that this location offers no refunds, only to fix an order. We have never seen that before in traveling across the country.We pulled into our assigned spot and continued to wait and watch the orders ahead of us being delivered by apparently a manager in an orange vest.When our time came, he had us repeat our order, before handing it to us. We felt since we waited soo long, it would surely be fresh and hot. The Quarter Pounder ordered without some toppings was hot and fresh. The fries unfortunately were old, cold and limp...we just threw them out! The 20 piece McNugget was cold and tasted of old grease.Despite the super friendly manager who delivered our food with coupons and specials in the bag, there is no way that we would return to this franchise for basically inedible food!Find another location!

Every single time i come here around 4am, i get my order wrong, double charged, and then the employees get mad when i try getting my order right. Why be open overnight if you're just gonna have some cranky employees that mess up your order all the time.

Terrible location I'll stop on my way to work because it's convienient when I need coffee but the last I want to say five times I've gone their. The customer service has sucked whoever takes my order is clearly not at a register taking it, it took about 10 minutes each time of explaining what I want for him to get it right and today I tried to use my rewards code for a coffee and he said I couldn't. To be honest I'll just go elsewhere I'm done trying with this place. Just maybe train the people who take orders to do a better job. Idfk
