Small sausage deep dish! Not the usual LM. Too thin on sausage and crust. Staff was very polite tho.
Great pizza is a given at Lou Malnati's. I recently discovered that they've added gluten free pizza as options, and am very happy with the results. I've seen many places with thin crust gluten free pizza, which is also available here. This is the first time, however, I've seen a proper deep dish pizza that is gluten free. I highly recommend their deep dish pizza, with or without gluten.
You can never go wrong with Lou’s. Their Malnati salad is beyond amazing. I either get their deep dish pizza or their thin crust. Can’t go wrong either way. Thank you.
2/2022 5* Have had pizza here before that was not up to our standards. But that was because the Sausage was pieces. This time we did the slab sausage and it was awesomely better! Curbside service was outstanding!
I called this LMP and had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of speaking with Jose. He was so sweet, and polite and professional. He checked and double checked to place my order and definitely made me feel like my business was wanted. I will ALWAYS order from this location - even if I have to do the pick up myself. In a world where great customer service is rare, I am glad to see that people like JOSE at LMP palatine are still here and still know the value and importance of it! Bought a deep dish and some wings $60 + paid in advance. Even paid a 20% tip to the delivery driver, pre paid. I just want what I paid for nothing more. I tipped you well, over paid for pizza and wings, and still don’t get what I ordered. Come on man. At least you could have provided better service. I also placed this order almost 3 hrs in advance. What a same. I’ll never tip in advance in the future, it also will not be 20%, at least from this establishment, or the new one being built closer to me.
This is my favorite Pizza chain. It’s rather cliché to say that as someone from Chicago but I love it. Butter crust is unlike anything else anywhere. I often hear people talk about thin crust versus deep dish. I love them both. On their deep dish I enjoy sausage, green peppers and onions. I also by there and take away pizzas and bring them to my family in North Carolina on holidays. Is always appreciated
Parking can be a little tight at peak hours. They offer curbside pick-up at certain parking spots hence why I mention that sometimes parking may be tight. Otherwise the pizza tasted great and came hot, the ready time was very spot on.
Was my favorite pizza spot to order from in the area, but service matters. Food is decent but service is declining severely. I ordered previously and my order came wrong (the salad was wrong). I called the store to let them know about the mishap, and a women apologized and told me that she would notate my account to get a replacement salad on them the next time I ordered. Fast forward, I call in to order, explained the situation and a woman rudely said "we don't do that".Keeping your word and honoring promises is key. This establishment clearly does not uphold to these values.
Ordering during a rush isn't ideal, your pizza will take longer than they estimate. Otherwise, they're fantastic! The pizza is delicious and fresh, staff are friendly and helpful, and they even sell frozen pizzas which bake at home REALLY well! Be wary of traffic, turning left into and out of their parking lot can be difficult during rush hour.
