Moves to online ordering is terrible. Gave me a random person's pizza and had pineapple on it?never ordering here again.
I have no idea how this pizza place stays open how it stays in business when the workers there don’t use gloves they pick up the phone and the hang up on you I understand their short staff I totally get it so is everyone else so is every other place that does not give them the right to speak to you or treat people the way they do over the phone and whoever this owner is of this little Caesars needs to shut down so we can start over is the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to scene and I’ve been in Palatine my my entire life
Moved to online ordering only, won't take walk in orders. So much for hot n ready. This place will go out of business at this pace, better off grabbing a frozen pizza.
I don’t think this place has the right people running it, I had long nasty hair all over the pizza very unprofessional , I should of known when I seen how long the guys hair was making them ?
They stepped up the pizza game. Honestly it shocked me how good it was went pretty late it was hot good and ready in less than 20 minutes for 3 pizzas and crazy bread. This pizza is pretty darn lit brah.
Went inside to see about ordering take out. Took about 15 min of the people inside ignoring me for someone to tell me that they’re only accepting orders through their app right now.No one even manning the register. It would be fine if they at least had a visible sign, but it wasn’t until I moved to sit on the window ceil and wait for my order that I saw their sign- taped to the back of a hand sanitizer and facing a wall. :(Food is good as always but this wasn’t executed well.
Understaffed. Online orders only but even that doesn't help maintain organized tempo. Store is always crowded. Workers are rude due to stress build up which is understandable. Don't waste your time or money here. Especially if you are hungry and picking up expect to experience an overall Hangry environment.
Staff was super helpful and very apologetic about the wait. Which with how short staffed these guys are is understandable. Pizza and bread sticks were yummy.
No customer service, literally, all orders are online and they don't even look at customers inside. Only person in there, my food is ready but they are still boxing up other orders before they put my food in a hot box to to take it out of.
I called the GM EDDIE and ask for a request for the order I put in online. He said fine. My order arrived it was the total opposite. Called Eddie back, he told me to call doordash for a refund and hung up.
