Extremely expensive for what you get. Food was good. Service was poor. i sat for 10 minutes before i got helped and sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for my check. Promise i wont be back. Its ashame i used to eat here regularly 15 yrs ago when i lived in Palatine. Im literally still in shock i paid almost $30 for my lunch when i can get it anywhere else for $20

I did an online pick up order. I purchased a vegetarian combo and when I got home to eat it all had meat in it. I called the restaurant asking for a refund on that item and they told me they could only do a credit for it or make another for me to come back and pick up. I couldn't come back and don't live in town so a credit isn't useful to me. I was told the store owner would call the next day to follow up with me on the possibility of a refund. I left my number but no one contacted me. I understand that people make mistakes but the fact that they wouldn't make it right was very frustrating.
We had Steak tacos, flautas and horchata. Everything was delicious. It is the best tasting Mexican food in the Palatine area. Everywhere else is under seasoned and tastes very old. I would have added a photo but we ate it too fast. This is our new place
Best Lengua and Tripa tacos here. The salsa's are also very delicious and spicy. I moved out of the area but I make sure to take a trip here a few times a year for tacos, totally worth the drive every time.

I ordered “mariscos en Parilla” I feel like I got skimped out. It does not look like the one in the picture menu. In the picture I did not show the crab mix. But they sure gave me a lot of it. Two mussels. 3 skinny crab legs. 2 shrimps in their shell 3 skinless shrimp. And a fish fillet. It does taste good. But I feel robbed. I know the owner has been through a lot. But I still support her business. I will be returning to support. But please don’t skimp me out next time smh
Waitresses were very rude. Did not feel welcome at all. I walked out after 20 mins of waiting to be served. Ordered in the past ad the food is OK bit not worth the treatment they give.
The food was good but I don't like sharing with flies.
I got a beef burrito. There was no flavor to the beef. Whatsoever. Also super annoying to have lights flickering the entire meal. If you like rundown overpriced bland food, this is the place for you!
