Alright… the rating is hard to rate here. It was busy evening with cubs game and NBA … but one bartender for a big bar. I would normally say understaffed but the bartender this evening was chatting away with a few people and ignored most of the others. It took 35 minutes for her to acknowledge me.. then.. 45 minutes later I asked to close out when she finally acknowledged me stating me food is 2 minutes out…. Umm.. it doesn’t take 45 minutes for food and yes.. it was cold which means it was sitting on the counter for awhile.All in all.. short staffed for sure but don’t talk to your friends for 39 minutes and ignore 25 plus people at the bar.All in all the owners like most of downtown palatine need to be there more and manage a bar.
Waited 13 minutes to have the waitress come by for a drink order and we wanted to order food but after waiting another 15 minutes for her to come back and take our order, we decided to leave. There was one server and not the hostess, nor a manager came out to help her. They may very well have good food but we didn't get a chance to find out as there service was below subpar.

The bartender serving me was either new at the job, or terribly trained/informed about how to perform her job. She was the chubby, younger, blonde, but she way under poured a high end drink. For the price and the tip I gave, I expected a straight pour, not a 3 second pour on a double pour drink. Won't be returning. If you're drinking cheap, maybe this is the place to go and probably get ripped off at. For high end drinks, use a jigger, don't pour a 3 second pour for a double.
Service was very slow. Bartender ignored us after she served the food. Took 15 min after we asked for our bill and a container. Not good
I’m giving this place a 3 because I’m concerned with the overall execution on to go orders and response of the staff. We ordered a wrap with ranch on the side and the bottom of the container had water in it and the tortilla was soggy. There was also no dressing included. Instead of attempting to apologize and resolve the issue, the staff was argumentative and said this was not likely to have water in it, and that it’s impossible that the dressing was missing because the manager packed it herself. This isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience over the last year so we have not been going back her much anymore.
Food is always on point. Nice atmosphere and family friendly. Quick delivery and reasonably priced.
One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Especially as it was carry out. They took care in wrapping which preserves the freshness. Great fries.
Wish more wines were offered. But, hey, it's a sports bar. Shorter beer list. Good food. Great service.
Came for a few beers and a pizza! All the staff was friendly and establishment is clean. Lots of TV's to watch any game!! Food was pretty good
