No freaky fast delivery.. very slow. Get sushi next time!
Terrible customer service. The girl was sitting on her phone- doesn't acknowledge me and so I ask for my order and she comes and just pushes it across the counter. No words. Then goes back to her chair. I know she can speak because she joked and laughed with her coworker when I was leaving. It doesn't take much effort to thank your customer.
I get that mistakes happen, but this Jimmy John's is consistently in getting orders wrong. Got home realized it was wrong and had to go back and get the correct sandwich
It's good, but not always the freshest bread
My last two orders for delivery have taken over an hour and a half to get here. I could drive there and back in 15 mins. When I call to ask where my food is the person who answers mumbles and rushes you off the phone. I know the world is short staffed but this is ridiculous.
Three orders in a row now, I’ve waited around 45 minutes for my food with no order updates before cancelling for something else. Three orders in a row where a sandwich took over 45 minutes to make. Do yourself a favor and just go across the street to Jersey Mike’s— or at the least, any other Jimmy John’s location.
Good sandwich, somehow spent over $13 for a medium sandwich with a drink and chips
I ordered a mobile delivery a few weeks ago. Not only did my delivery take 45 minutes, but I ordered a Club Lulu and there was only meat, cheese, and mayo on it… I called the store and was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to figure this out. They questioned me 5 times about my order after I asked them if they could deliver me a new sandwich. I was told that it may be another 45 minutes for it to get delivered since other people were before me? This is the worst part, they literally asked me to send them back my sandwich that I already bit into for “training purposes”. I had to confirm multiple times with the employee that they wanted a sandwich I already bit into because it was so absurd. With covid going on, I thought that was extremely unsanitary. When my new sandwich was delivered, my doorbell was aggressively rung multiple times and she handed me the sandwich and walked away. There was no apology or anything. Oh, can’t forget, handed her my eaten sandwich too! I was told a credit would be added on my account but it’s been over a week, and still nothing. Based on other reviews, this specific location’s staff should go through additional training.
Tonight was my first time I ever visited Jimmy John's, and this particular location. And thus will be my last time ever!! I was so hungry and was deciding what to eat. I was passing by this place on Dundee Rd in Palatine IL and decide to stop by and try it. I better not done it!!! The cashier girl was unfriendly at all-I was the only one customer inside and they did look busy at all. I ordered a Beef ranch wrap and asked if beef will be warm-she replied that it will be cold. And I realized that I do not want a cold beef and asked if possible to change to a chicken wrap-the same price. She became very rude and started to drop everything showing me get attitude because I asked to change an order which they did not even started to cook yet! Also, she charged me twice and said that I will see a refund back to my credit card for the first sandwich! I will keep an eye of course on my refund. Overall, terrible place to stop and have a quick bite! Will never stop at this place as well in other Jimmy John's!!!
Love that my order was delivered without any notification or ringing my bell, so it sat outside in hot sun for 20 minutes! Thanks for that!
