I have been to this location 10 times always a little slow with my order but understanding short staff etc but tonight I arrived 30 min before closing door locked a sign saying out of bread ok no problem I wanted a bread less meal which is tub in a sub. Long story short door locked music way to loud and didn't want to serve my wife and daughter. Will NEVER visit this restaurant totally unpleasant experience. Many other businesses in the area that welcome customers with open arms. Whomever manages this place needs training because if you run out of food great but don't close the doors even if I just wanted a soda or other items they sell
Top notch customer service.. these guys are so friendly and fast! The manager is very kind. Try them out.

Today my steak sandwich was not done. After biting into an uncooked steak sandwich. I returned to the store and I did not get an apology just asked if I wanted a new sandwich. ;( I love this place and was saddened this happened.
Door was locked, Worker rudely opens door says nothing as i said hello i placed an order for pick up. Completely ignored me as well as the other staff member on duty did as well, no hairnets or beard guards being used. Then finally asked me how can he help me as i replied i just told you i placed an order for pick up. After my orders ready instead of giving it to me places it at the end of the line by the deli counter for me to retrieve. No morals or values being used at this location. Complete ignorance, what a shame. Today was my last order I'll no longer spend my $ here.
Every time I go to this store, I swear it will be the last time, yet for some reason I come back. I have never had an online order actually be ready when it said to pick it up. We double check our online orders in the car due it being wrong so often. They definitely have some very slow workers at this location, your sandwich maker should be the fastest one, I have witnessed the maker at this store delicately put each ingredient on the sandwich. If you want to train an employee to do this part of the job, fine, but maybe not when the store is super busy? I really need to stop going to this store!

I finally tried my favorite sandwich in a bowl#7 w bacon and jalapeño, because it's what my doctor told me I had to do. My doctor cannot stop me from going to Jersey Mike's, I just have to lay off the bread and and that's too bad because the rosemary parmesan is amazing!
