I love culver's, it's a Midwest icon!! However the young man working the counter could not understand what was happening when trying to take my order. He couldn't figure out how to use the register and couldn't understand what I meant when I asked for "no onions". It wasn't a language barrier at all, I have an extremely strong feeling he was high.Anyways I just gave up and paid for my meal and he got the wrong size on every single one of my items.
I was here today (May 28th 2022) for the carshow and the staff was great! Most carshows don't have food and if they do it's NOT Culver's ❗️The burger and cheese curds were brought out to us on the patio and everything was hot and fresh, it really hit the spot!! They even brought me out a card for a free ice cream, very nice of them!! I hope there's other shows here, it was a great experience and the manager should be proud of the crew??
Fantastic service with a smile. The cheerful, petite and beautiful young lady at the register was a delight! Wish I remembered her name. Food always Awesome!
I am not not the greatest fan of Culver's. More the wife and kids. Which is why I was here recently. I must have been too hungry to remember their burgers suck. Double burger has less meat than the competition. Bland and boring. I do like their fish and chips though. Restaurant, service, everything else is good though.
I had a horrible service experience at the Culver's in Palatine. I was getting food through the drive thru and wanted to a a shake to the menu when I got to the pay window. The young man after telling me to pull forward and wait for my food, told me that I would have to get back in line. I thought that was ridiculous. When I asked why he was so rude and said I'll get my supervisor. I saw the supervisor come to the window and just ring up the shake with no interaction with me. I was so outdone so when they brought my food,I asked to speak with the manager who was less than friendly or apologetic. Bad Service!!
Decent for fast food. Like a lot of places pictures of food items look bigger then what you get. The cheese curds small pieces
Great fast food. Love the burgers. Simple with pickles and mustard only. If you want to indulge do the concrete shake. Totally ridiculous
I love this Culver's. The owner there is so nice really appreciates customers. And he has a good crew of employees. Did you know that they have chicken deep fried. Better than KFC or browns.
I came through your drive-thru as normal, ordered a mini concrete mixer with Snickers and hot caramel, sat there for about 5 to 10 minutes. The lady that took the war was very nice, person that took the money was very nice as well. The ingredients and everything was correct but usually when I order this product it comes out frozen or semi cold and when I received it tonight came out completely melted. So therefore I paid $4 for something that was completely worthless, you guys need to do better must serve high-quality food as you advertise.
