Worst service. Worst presentation. Ice cream was old and chalky and served in a way too large paper boat. Milk in my husband's shake was sour. We all tossed our ice cream without finishing it after being asked to leave because they were closing at 1pm when their website said they close at 4pm. My sundae was also missing ingredients & when it was questioned the kid shrugged and said sorry were all out. Don't waste your time or money. Worst Ice cream experience ever.
If youre looking for friendly service, and a quick cup of coffee. Don't bother here.Took about 6 mintues to get a black cup of coffee on a Sunday at noon, with only 2 other guests inside.This place is so slow. Its a bit dirt.Two stars for location, but thats all.
Downtown Palatine is my old hood and I miss living down there it’s a very cute coffee shop. I was there at an odd time so not bust at all. My only regret is I did not get any ice cream.
So I didn't even get to try it. I was there this morning at 10:30 (sign says they open at 9) doors were locked.Today was they St. Patrick's Day parade in Palatine and I watched at least 20 people try the doors. So sad that they missed so much business.I'm hoping that nothing is wrong with either the owner or employees.
Ordered a caramel latte on ice. Was delicious. A nice place to sit and catch up with a friend. Really friendly service.
Waited for its open time, walked around the area, even though sign said 9 am for open, we stuck around till about 915 and there was no sign of anyone.There was no sign stating they wouldn't be open, just on the window saying "open daily" which obviously wasn't the case this morning.
Stopped in to try the coffee and the only person working couldn't be bothered to get off her phone. Ice cream is average and the dark roast tastes burnt. Not a good experience.
The place looks OK and I've only been once but the Oreo milkshake I ordered was nothing special, like something I could've made at home, but slightly better. Not creamy at all.
