This location has gotten very stingy with portions. This wasn't the first time I experienced this. I placed an order online two other times and my bowls were barely half way full and so light. I thought they wouldn't do that if I went and ordered in person but unfortunately they were jipping me again. I specifically had to ask for extra in order for them to give me the "normal" amount ?

OK so chipotle has been steadily getting worse in it’s customer service and it’s portions and it’s food quality over the last six months at every location around our house. Our last good chipotle was on Dundee Road and now has become another unsavory location. Miranda is the manager there and was rude with me and my child and ignored when I asked her if she could wrap the tortillas in foil like they do most of the time. The Carnitas were dry and without seasoning for the first time in my history of ordering it and when I said we would like a little more meat in one of our dishes, Miranda snapped at us and said that 1 ounce is the right portion and that’s 1 ounce. The kid at the register would not give me the managers name when I asked him for it twice. Another chipotle bites the dust. The whole chain has lost its appeal.

Got my food with not a long wait time, but they didn't seem to be working as a team (like they were missing some ingredients). They didn't even smile or show friendliness, my chips were old/not crunchy or fresh.

NO NO to this location. Staff is extremely unwelcoming, idk what’s the matter with the kids working there, they keep laughing looking at each other while making our orders. Seems like making fun of the customers. Very rude. The stare of the register lady was terrible too. I am not gonna go back to this location even though it’s only a few minutes away from my place.

Do not ever waste your money at this location. The staff is rude and blatantly ignore you when you ask for something on your food. I was ignored for 15 mins before someone asked what I wanted to order. Hector BLATANTLY ignored me when I asked for something in my bowl multiple times. The cashier was rude when their machine has issues reading my card and lied to my face when I asked for chips (that were above her head) Abd said they had none. This establishment is embarrassing.

do not order online at this location. ordered tacos for my brother and dad and they were gross. rice was hard and undercooked, they forgot multiple toppings, and to top it off, literally, they put brown rotten gauc on top of my tacos. didn’t end up taking a picture of mine because i threw it out immediately, but I did take a picture of my brothers taco.

Typically this location had been really good, but the last couple times I’ve come the consistency has been off. The rice was under cooked, and the overall amount of food I was given varied drastically, and the chicken and rice was cold. There was barely any rice in my bowl and barely any guacamole. When past times I have come I was more than happy with the amount of rice, guacamole, and temperature of the food. I’m thinking it’s not really worth the money I’m spending anymore due to inconsistencies.

I went in to buy my lunch to-go and it was rush hour, long line, lots of people, etc. No big deal. As I wait in line, I watch how one of the employees treats a customer. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes a few times, clearly annoyed. So rude, and the poor, timid customer said nothing. When it was my turn, I ordered a chicken bowl and noticed how a lot of the food bins were low, so they gave me the bare minimum of the food I asked for. $8+ dollars for THAT? I get it, it’s busy and they’re busting out so many orders, but one: don’t be blatantly rude to the customer just because you’re bothered that you have so many orders, and two: give people their money’s worth!

I don't like giving negative reviews. But this time it seems warranted. We normally order online to pick up from another location. Today we were close to this one so we stopped in. They said the items we asked for are digital only items and cannot be ordered in person but they said they would check with the manager. The manger came out and was quite rude when saying we wouldn't be able to order the items. That's fine. I wouldn't even write a negative review about that because sometimes people are just having a bad day. So we said no worries, we'll just place an online order because everyone in our family likes quesadillas. She didn't seam to happy. But it seems that maybe out of spite, we received a messed up order, brown guacamole and an almost empty bag of chips. We go out of our way to treat people with respect, especially those who have to deal with the public. I just don't understand why people can't be nice to one another.

So I don't usually go to this location, but I was not happy when I did. Firstly, the white rice was so undercooked I could hear it crunch in my mouth. 2nd, the staff is nice, but sometimes they move so quickly they both make a mess and are hard to keep up with. And 3rd, I asked one of the people for hot sauce ON THE SIDE, and they put it directly on my burrito. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't say anything, but I was really disappointed.
