Amazing quaint little spot with outdoor seating. Great service! Steak was perfect, Gnocchi were the best I've ever had! A true hidden gem!
This tiny restaurant was a great surprise. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and fast. I love it when I don't have to find my wait person to get a drink refill! I will definitely go back! Highly recommend!
I can't complain about the food, it was typical Italian. Well made and very tasty. The service was good and the food came out hot. Considering the situation, this was fantastic.
-Personally I wouldn't call this an Argentine restaurant, not authentic in the slightest-My mom and I were mortified when they brought out the parillada with some sort of gravy over the top. It was flavorless and there was no chimichuri in sight.The empanadas were alright however, the dough was good, and I liked that they were fried instead of baked. Just lacked flavor and the sauce they came with didn't make sense.
We just moved to Palatine, and this was our first nice meal out! We loved everything about it! Excellent service, fantastic food, wonderful ambience... We will be back soon!
New owner, new name since 9/21. Same great food. Menu has expanded with seasonal specials on one side and regular menu on other. Note, prices are higher but justified for Covid survival. Saw several people ordering 2 person entree which is a combo of all meats, grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes -$75. Looked like it could feed 4!
We used them for our Christmas Eve celebration. 35 adults were treated to an excellent dinner. My husband picked up all the food at 5:00pm and brought it home to Prospect Heights. Everything was still piping hot in the trays and tasted delicious. Salmon, filets, and rib eyes were the main entrees, with vegetables, potatoes, and salads along side. Also chicken fingers for the kids . Would highly recommend and a great big shout out to the owner for jumping my auto battery when my truck wouldn't start. He really came to the rescue. Bendita Cocina made our Christmas celebration 5 Stars. Thank you and Happy New Year. Will use again for our next big party.
If you want to wait, then be sure to come here. Food has NEVER been ready on time, even when I show up later than the expected ready time. You’re guaranteed at least an extra 15 minute wait regardless of when you’re ready time is. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Plenty of of better options in town
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. Ambiance is wonderful - cozy & quaint, lots of windows, and beautiful decor. Food was delicious. Will be going again soon!
