The service was great as usual, but the food just hasn't been hitting the spot the last couple times we have been there. Probably won't be eating there anytime soon again.
This place is very hit or miss. We live close and like to sit out on the patio during the summer and sometimes the service is great and other times the two servers are fighting over who should be serving you so no one does. However, we keep going back, bad service and all. The food is good for bar food.
Went here to meet some friends I hadn't seen in 20 years. Ended up staying until close! Very cool bar, great staff, awesome environment.
Cha-chi made the environment so inviting and friendly. This is a good bar for all types of people. Enjoyed our visit here!!
They said that they won't take my order until I take off my mask. Service is really slow.I was shocked when I got back home and saw that I totally got cheated on my order.Ordered two boxes of chicken tenders with fries, there should have been 6 pieces of tenders in each box, whereas there was only 2 in one and 3 tiny broken pieces (as though 1 piece was broken into 3) in another box. And the fries were undercooked.Also ordered Chicken wings, it tasted way below than average. It was very dry...Not worth buying any food from this place...
Wife and I visited on a Wednesday evening for dinner and drinks. Location was fairly busy inside, where most tables were occupied as were the majority of the seats around the bar. Despite being busy, we were able to find a table shortly after arriving. Service was polite if not consistently friendly, but it was also really slow and sporadic. Not a surprise with how busy the place was that evening, but it seemed like the two waitresses available were also the bartenders (and they appeared to be more focused on refreshing drinks than taking food orders). Food was solidly good if not overly impressive. I ordered the chicken grinder, and wife ordered the cobb salad. Salad was tasty but fairly standard. Chicken grinder was also flavorful but a tad on the overdone/dry side. Prices can be a bit high but are still reasonable.
Ordered two portions of chicken tenders to-go and this is what we found upon arriving home (attached pictures), like 3 or 4 pieces for $8.99 (totally we paid $17.98). Not sure if this is the actual portion or it was a mistake from kitchen. Very disappointed. We like the food but this was not our earlier experience. I hope the management looks into it.
Thursday night Prime Rib dinner special is flat out AWESOME. I almost feel like I'm screwing myself cause once they sell out it's gone till next week. Big ole slab of PRIME RIB, pile of homemade mashed taters and green beans for $15.99 ??? How can you go wrong ?
