We went on my birthday, and honestly it wasn't going to well, but the bartender/server really turned it around! I wish I could remember his name but he had such a great attitude, substituted one of our appetizers after a little miscommunication, and gave me a free birthday shot that was amazing (tequila with a sugar rim and lemon I believe, it was so tasty)! I hope the bartender sees this, thank you for the awesome night and the tasty drinks!
Went in with a few girlfriends for V day drinks service was good and the Philly rolls were good they have gotten better since my last visit
The TGIF in Oswego is out of this world!!! The ENTIRE staff was amazing and the food was amazing. Wish I had taken a picture. We will be going back!!
We ordered take out on many occasions at this TGIFs and never had this experience. On Saturday, 2/12, we ordered a fairly large order at 5:00pm CST and I picked it up. We then took out the containers out of the torn bag and looked at the food.The broccoli and rice were in a dehydrated plastic baggy and had a sticker on them both that had the prep date of 2/11 and expire date of 2/12.How disgusting, very appealing!We called Friday’s and the Beverage manager said what do you want me to do man! Haven't been to a TGI Fridays in years and we went here right before they closed. Food came out fast and hot/fresh. Staff was friendly as well.
The server as fine and the speed of food was fine. The main issue is the Cajun chicken pasta had WAY too much pepper. It was basically uneditable.
the bartenders are my fav here! we drive all the way from sugar grove bc of them. but WHY IS IT SO COLD IN THE WOMENS BATHROOM OMG! i literally brace myself every time! and we are here weekly haha
I would give you less than 1 star, I called at 1035, the restaurant closes at 11. Togo orders can be received until 1030. I tried calling multiple times and was hung up on by the time I got through it was 1035 and I was told the kitchen was closed. The restaurant is open until 11, so don’t tell me the kitchen is closed 5 min after 1030. Horrible customer service, I’ll be calling
Ribs were fantastic fat was rendered perfectly (hate ribs with fat all over them) food was excellent and delivered hot which was great. Staff is always very helpful in this specific location.
My family went here a couple weeks ago for our family date night and we had a great time. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is due to the time that we had to wait for a seat. Other than that the experience and food was great!
