Great drive thru employees!Food not so great.Taco Supreme???Nothing super about the lack of meat on the taco.Should have taken pictures. Little to no meat at all, not kidding!

Horrible customer service never open when they should be big sign outside says dining open but it is always closed. I get people are short help but cross train current employees to wipe tables when not busy! I go to the Yorkville location now where they know how to treat their customers!

LISTEN to the other reviews. This place is awful AND understaffed. It needs a management overhaul.I came in to inquire about whether or not taco bell gave refunds for a mobile order that didn't get picked up. One of the male workers laughed at me for not picking my order up. Literally. Another employee was able to answer my questions.

I would rate this location as a negative if allowed. There has been nothing but POOR customer service from this location on several occasions. After trying to remedy the situation calmly the manager, so claimed, greeted me be screaming across the store asking if I wanted to order something. When I responded no, there was a visible and audible sigh. I stated the reason for my visit and was quickly over talked to tell her side. After listening for 5 minutes to her side and trying to tell my side, was asked to leave "her" store. Not only was the service bad on multiple occasions as a customer but then when I wanted to remedy, and stated "I do not want any free food or compensation, but a change in better service."

Ordered number 7, 2 extra regular hardshell tacos and cinnamon twists. I ended up with nacho bell grande, 3 hardshell taco supremes and a steak quesadilla. How do you get an order wrong after asking if the order the screen is correct?

I was making a rather large order at the drive thru and the screen said thanks, pull forward before I was even finshed, the lady took my order "manually" said don't worry about the screen. when I was done, she says, 60 bucks, pull forward.... So I pay at the window and as I'm getting my card back she tells me to pull around and they will bring the order, no receipt, get the order, still no receipt, I suspect fraud, and I've logged a complaint with corporate. Hopefully they can clean up these issues. Taco Bell is one of the few fast foods my family can have due to allergies.

Definitely do not recommend this place worst place to order food from and very disrespectful workers if I could I’m going to make sure the lady on the phone loses her job. They want a raise but can’t even get an order right not just once but twice. Definitely don’t recommend

Wait at the drive-thru was pretty long. I had to wait a bit and after ordering I knew why, staffing.Associate taking orders was same taking orders outside. Not sure if she was also making the food. Knowing how hard associate was working and understaffed, i am not leaving a bad review. Not her fault pandemic is going on.

The GM of this store, Myesha needs better customer service etiquette and learn how to train their "managers".Had a complaint about missing half my food, as well as how it was made incorrectly.We drove 8 miles back to get it situated only to be a huge miscommunication on their behalf.To make it short, the whole situation was handled unprofessionally and I will certainly not return at Taco Bell.

poor service,closes early all the time,serves one vehicle at a time,takes 10 minutes to order after waiting 15 mins just to pull up and order. i can keep going but its not worth it
