Subway is subway. The sandwiches could be better quality wise but I go to this subway location because it is clean, the staff is always friendly and dressed in clean clothes and the food seems fresher at this location. Unlike the store on 47 in Yorkville that is the total opposite of this location in every way.
Ordered my lunch for delivery, through the Subway application. Waited 45 mins and called the store that it was sent to, at 2291 Orchard Rd. Was told by the manager that my food was still sitting at the restaurant and that I needed to call Door Dash, because they use them for delivery. I told him that I put the request in through the Subwsy app and that it's not my responsibility to call a vendor that Subway has contracted with. If I wanted to deal with Door Dash, I would have put that order in through the Door Dash app, NOT the Subway app. Find another delivery service if the one your organization uses isn't effective or reliable. It's not your customers responsibility to track down an order through your contractor vendor.
