We have always gotten our Italian beefs from Rosatis. They were always my favorite. But the last few times we have ordered them I have been terribly disappointed. The bread is stale, the meat is plain and not seasoned as well as it used to be. Today we ordered mozzarella sticks and they were like rubber. I live a few blocks away from the restaurant and despite them saying 45 min for delivery it was well over an hour. I understand there are staff shortages, but at least send out quality food if it's going to be late.
Amazing pizza every time! Delivery drivers are the most polite people ever and always have a smile! Keep up the amazing work!
Person who answered phone did not sound friendly and pizzas were not delivered within time. Delivery driver was great though. Horrible phone call.
