A very bad experience with this location. First of all, they have no respect for costumers. Starting with the arrogant manager who made me to go to the location with pizza to prove that I am not lying, with two kids. There was cilantro on the pizza, which I always take out because I don't like it and I found nuts on the pizza.When I contacted the manager who was a man, he replied bluntly that they had no nuts in the kitchen and could not be in the pizza they delivered. Instead of making excuses, it made me feel horrible. I'm sorry because they have workers who can't read an order and fulfill it exactly with a request, every time I received food with cilantro if was a pizza and sometimes without sauce. I want to receive the quality I pay for. Very disappointed.
TERRIBLE! Left my French baguette off my order and didn't provide ANY butter either like I asked for on my online order.... I guess I don't need the butter anyways since they didn't give me my bread to put it on...Step up your game.
Service was quick and food was prepared nicely. We really enjoyed our chocolate croissant and cinnamon rolls!

Besides the food being ridiculously over priced. I waited an hour in the drive thru line and am still currently waiting for my bowl of soup and a grilled cheese. With at least 8 people that I can see working in the kitchen you would think it would be easy to make.
Maybe if you guys paid your part-time employees a fair wage, you wouldn't be so short-staffed and have cars wait for 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I feel bad for the remaining staff that have to deal with rude and impatient customers, and hope they find a better job that appreciates them more.
i was stuck in the drive thru yesterday afternoon with a ton of other cars for FORTY MINUTES just to find out they were closed the whole time :) no signs were posted anywhere and it still said they were open online. later that night i saw there was still a long line of people waiting for nothing :)
I went there on October 10,2021 at lunchtime. I, along with several other customers, waited for a half hour for our order. I ordered the you pick two. When I finally received my order the romaine lettuce in my Greek salad was wilted like the dressing was on it for hours. I didn't dare return it as I would have had to wait another half hour. I threw it away and walked out. I tried to call the manager the next day, however speaking with any human was not an option on the prompts.In my opinion Panera doesn't care about their costumers, only profit. Will not return.
I love the tuna sandwich and the broccoli woup on a bread bowl.
These people are rude from the manager to the staff. I had a terrible experience this morning. First off I ordered a salad with no cheese and they added cheese then both of my sons broccoli cheddar soups were super watery when I walked to the counter to let them know they were ignoring me then when I told them what the issue was they were being loud and rude so at that point I no longer wanted the food I just wanted my money back. So when I asked the manager to give me my money back she threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me while I had my hand extended.
