This review is going to make me seem like a terrible person but I hope you’ll hear me out.The last two times I’ve been to this Panda Express location, they’ve asked me to round up to the nearest dollar for charity. I distinctly said no.Upon pulling away from the drive through window, I’ve seen that they rounded up for charity anyway.I’m probably not the only person that’s been taken advantage of this way, considering it’s happened twice now. I’m not going to lose sleep over a few cents at the end of the day, but this practice is immoral. I don’t know if there’s some incentive for employees for getting a conversion, but I will be keeping my eye on my next transaction and I’d advise whoever reads this review to also do so.

I don't know if it's due to the pandemic and/or the economic fallout it has caused, if it's management/franchise ownership policy, or if this PE just happens to be entirely staffed by health-minded gen Z-ers trying to force their warped and disturbing idea of what a "normal" portion size is, but JFC can I get a legit 2-entree to-go just once?! You too stingy, kids. It's worse every time. I ain't resorting to ordering a third entree just to get what I've always gotten at every other Panda Express I've ever been to. Nope. I would drive out to the PE at the Oasis rest stop on 294 just south of O'Hare, but they done tore all those down. Now that PE was L.E.G.I.T. Fashion (Loaded Entrees Given In Typical Fashion). I just made that up but y'all can use it. #FreeUseYou know what else is free-use? The dang scoopers in them food trays at the Oswego Panda Express. You ain't gonna have your pay check cut short by your boss if you use it more than twice for a 2-entree meal, and don't worry, it won't break. It's literally made to scoop up that orange chicken. So quit playin with my emotions and my food. It ain't right. The only reason I give this location two stars is because they can get pretty busy but still keep things moving, and because I believe in them. I know they can do better.

Food is 5 stars, business hours are 3. Don't trust their hours. They stop serving certain meals up to 45 min before closing in my experience. Who is running this place? Wonder who the Owner/Manager is, a teenager?

I come to this panda once a week and it’s normally busy but that’s ok I understand but my review stands by the quality last two times I came the rice was super crunchy I waited about 40 mins in line for my food not the drive they line the line inside.. so I would think the rice would at least be cooked. Not only that I ordered two orders of rangoons and I come here enough to know they have packages of sweet and sour the lady behind the counter said they don’t have that anymore which was a lie their inventory was in the booths by the counter and I saw a big box of sweet and sour I don’t mind the wait I see they are short staff it’s the fact that THe rice was crispy and not cooked and I ordered mostly rangoons with no sweet and sour

I ordered a lo mein with kung pao chicken. I think I got 2 small pieces of chicken.

I look forward to going to Panda Express in Oswego when I’m in the area. I live in an area that does not have a Panda so it’s been a while since I’ve been. Today, I ordered chicken and string beans bowl with rice. It came with tiny, over-cooked pieces of chicken, no sauce, and the rice was undercooked. Waste of $10. The quality has really deteriorated. I won’t be back.

Worst panda to go to. Your order is messed up every single time. This is like the 5th time i’ve gone through the drive thru and left missing half of my order. I have also called this store over 10 times to fix the issue. Hilarious…..

Serving size has gotten smaller and the price has gone up. There was a staff training and she didnt give me the correct change. Then argued with me. The trainer handed me my money back and said she is new.

I Ordered beef and broccoli in the drive-through, they are pretty rushed there... not the best experience. But the food is not bad, not the cheapest but its very comfortable eating in my car while driving through my daily job that requires that.

Ordered a panda bowl with rice and orange chicken. Rice was soggy and disgusting I took one bite and gagged. Went back through the drive thru and asked for chow main instead and told them the issue with the rice. I tried giving them my food back and they declined and handed me a portion of only chow main. So I was still forced to eat the chicken that the soggy rice was stuck to. Won’t be coming back. Disappointed.
