Ordered on line very easyPicked up 25 minutes after. Large portions, plenty of leftovers.Salmon was really good. All pasta dishes were good and large portions.Salads with each meal is nice .And of course we had the great breadsticks.

The service at this location is really hit or miss. Sometimes we go and get exceptional service, and other times (like yesterday) they bring our food to the table cold and our alcohol refills 20 minutes after we ordered them. For the prices (on the high side for a chain) the experience and quality should be consistent. We will think twice before coming to the Oswego OLIVE GARDEN again.

My family and I stopped in for lunch today and was very pleased with our food and waitress. I really wish I could remember her name. She was very nice and made sure everything was great for us. I hope she enjoyed the rest of her shift ?

This is my favorite Olive Garden!! Food is always good and the service is excellent!

I’m giving this a 2 star because majority of the time it’s good. But once you have bad customer service one time and a bad meal that made you lose your appetite, you don’t want to return - ordered shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp was not properly cleaned or deveined. I had my boyfriend call the restaurant for me as I was at work and they basically called him a liar and the manager said that never happens here. When I called them back after work the manager then said that they can’t control if the shrimp is cleaned like that or not- that is pretty disgusting to hear- I have never had that happen at any other Olive Garden before. They sent me a $20 gift card for that one entree but the whole meal was unappetizing after seeing that. Waisted money and waisted food-

The food is alright (but not amazing) and, honestly, far faster than we expected. But the menu has been drastically reduced from before the pandemic. There really aren't much in the way of healthy options. You know, it's the Olive Garden.

My daughter and her friends went to eat in and I asked her to order salad and breadsticks. I asked SPECIFICALLY for extra onion, olives, and peppers on the salad. After they had to wait 55 minutes for it, I opened the bag to find a plastic container of lettuce only. Stick to local businesses chains don’t deserve your business with garbage like this.

Menu is primarily Italian food. They still have the unending salad bowl, the waiter who grates cheese onto your food, several different soups available each day, and warm buttered breadsticks with each meal. Our salad was on the table in 5 minutes, food came 15 minutes later piping hot. Friendly waiter who just kept an eye on us and seemed to arrive at just the right time for an extra drink. The restaurant is nicely decorated in warm gracious colors and furnishings. My only complaint is the device on the table used to pay your bill. The electronic device kind of took the graciousness out of an otherwise lovely evening. If I wanted to play "check out girl", I wouldn't be at a restaurant that costs $20 on average per person (meal + drink). I hope Olive Garden's owners figure out that their customers would like to pay the waiter instead of playing "how does this gadjet work" to pay our bill. Get rid of the electronic crap, allow the waiter to take our payment like a normal high-end restaurant, and the restaurant itself shines like a beacon. We'll be back.

Lasagna seemed microwaved from frozen. Alfredo sauce much too rich. Bad waiter. Had to ask for breadsticks & they were stale, no dipping sauce offered, no refills offered, noone cleared our dishes, noone checked on us, had to use kiosk to pay check, no dessert, drink, or meal recommendations. We so overpaid! Unlikely we'll return.

We went here last week and they were packed. Even so, our waitress was very kind and treated us as if we were the only table she was serving. Very thankful for our servers, especially during this time of struggle.
