Some of the best ice cream from all the options. It was busy for sure but it did not take long to get my wife's banana milkshake. Delicious!!
Ordered a double scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone, and received something that looked like a single kiddie scoop. Luckily, the manager was nice enought to rectify this, and replaced the order with a proper sized double scoop. I'm giving the place only 3 stars as the chess pieces stored inside the white bins had a stinky smell to them, made my hands smell musty.
good ice cream but horrible customer care. i swear i waited a good 10 minutes until they got started with my order. they're just slacking off. also other customers were making comments regarding their service. "unreal" "pathetic" i agree
All time local favorite. Nice fresh ice cream and milkshakes. Great place for quality products and local job support. Definitely recommended!

Oberweis has great icecream, simply the best, BUT I may say that they need to do better with hand hygiene and speaking over the food. Please teach your employees to wash hands and or change gloves after making each new order. It sucks to see them wear the same gloves as they did when touching the cash register, counter tops, and or the person’s order they made before mine… also, every time we come to this location, the employees, even assistant manager takes their time filling the orders, laughing and goofing off with each other, when the line is filling with more customers.… No wonder there’s such long wait times. Please make changes to this especially with the HAND HYGIENE. This is important as customers can get sick. This makes me not want to come back to this location.
Can never go wrong with shakes and malts from Oberweis. They also have buy 3 gallons of ice cream get a 4th free. Staff was super nice and friendly. They are not short staffed like most places. If they were short i couldn't tell because our order came out quick.
Oberweis is my family’s favorite ice cream place. The staff are friendly and the ice cream is the best!
ICE CREAM!! It's good!! Chocolate Malt with an extra cookie is the best!! My kid's love the huge waffle cones dipped in Chocolate & covered in Sprinkles, talk about spoiled when you get ICE CREAM from oberwise! I think Oberwise could use some type of reward system & if they did, I think more people would go more often, I know I would!
